3. Ramu Temple Attacks (2012): A mob destroyed dozens of Hindu temples and homes in the Ramu area of Cox’s Bazar, sparked by a fake Facebook post allegedly insulting Islam.
4. Nasirnagar Attacks (2016): Over 15 temples and 100 Hindu homes were vandalized and looted after a social media post allegedly defamed Islam.
Recent Incidents
1. October 2021 Durga Puja Violence: Triggered by rumors of alleged blasphemy during Durga Puja celebrations, mobs attacked Hindu temples, homes, and businesses in over a dozen districts. At least six Hindus were killed, and many were injured.
2. Repeated Village Attacks (2022): Multiple incidents of mob violence targeting Hindu villages were reported, including forced displacement and destruction of property.

I don't think that indigenous Hindus will survive in Bangladesh in the next 50 years. For example, in Pakistan, the Hindus, i.e. the original inhabitants of the culture, were 22% in 1947, today in November 2024, they are less than 1%, in Afghanistan, their existence has ended, while in Bangladesh, their number has come down from 30% to 8%. This is G€n०c¡d£ of the declining population.
