That Natsune and Tooru bg itself sums up the mood of this ost. Epic but incredibly sad and lonely. Pity we dont get good animes like this lately- ones that make one question value of life itself.

Yeah I know but I meant that there is a certain kind of alcohol called "Eau de Vie" wich is a handmade alcohol made from distilled fruits but of course it is a drink for old man in France (si tu es francais je ne t apprends rien ;D)

about a conflict between 2 groups, where none of two seems to be totally right, it keeps being "grey-ish"- better not to spoil too much- part of this anime is a mystery, so getting to know that for yourself is part of the enjoyment. It is set in a village in kind of modern-day Japan ( I think before 2010, or around that time), remote place, which has some meaning to the story as well. Worth a watch. Only anime I bought on DVDs, what's more, I bought it from the US (I'm from Poland) :D
