So we're standing towards the end of Clower Creek, which is a waterway that runs through the middle of our property. It's actually tied into the county's storm sewer system and Clower Creek catches the outflow from Vemo Road, 41, Sarasota Square Mall, and the surrounding neighborhoods all end up flowing down Clower Creek. The area behind me here flows right out into little Sarasota Bay. And one of the things that Pelican Cove has done has a result of our studies, was to remove a large amount of invasive species from the creek, which were obstructing flow, causing flooding issues, and silt to build up. We've had about a two-year program run where we've successfully got the Creek under control, got all the invasives out. And during past storms that has flowed very well through our property without really any concerns about backup or other storm surge issues.
