Unfortunately, the North American (USA and Canada) Galaxy S23 models can't have their bootloaders unlocked, even if the phone is unlocked. You won't be able to root them with a Magisk-patched init_boot image.

Correct, that method works only for Exynos devices. I think for Snapdragon, there's no way to hide it yet.
I have a samsung s23 it's unlocked but it's from the united states And it's tmobile and somehow I don't see that oem option on dev settings

Some devices, especially from the US and Canada, don't support bootloader unlocking. That might be why OEM unlock isn't showing.
