its not working if ur using a custom kernel tried it the result is bootloop, my solution is just use old version 24.3v dont have any problem with it

after flashing magisk it automatically appeared like in your video. then i clicked on the app and it said to download the full version of magisk and i made sure im connected to internet amd hit download but now its been 5+ mins and its still downloading and my wifi is damn fast. please help me what do i do

I am facing installation failed with error 1 in pocof1, I did the same process and When I was trying to flash zip file I shows me install boot.img or magisk tar like something, I put this file into compressed and flash again but failed

Mr Munchy - hi....i thought i would add this message (purely as info) - on the lineageOs roms - if you have their recovery installed (and not twrp) - then you have to do everything that you've said in your tutorial - but at the install (flash) part - i had to use adb sideload (and ignore the verification error) method (sm-g973f) - and everything is good - cheers to you.

Hey Munchy, I have a question about rooting my pixel 6. Right now I am on beta build and I want to root my pixel 6 but there is one problem with banking apps. Every time I get the update, I need to remove the magisk module which is install to hide from banking apps, do I need to re-iterate the process whenever an update comes out?

TWRP is a custom recovery.
Custom recovery is a recovery environment other than stock one, which provides additional features and control over the device. It is used to flash anything ahead with ease.
TWRP is a famous custom recovery with simple design and features. Other than that Orange fox recovery provides an attractive interface with the same functionality (Orange fox is based on TWRP).
For starters, twrp is preferred.

This means rooting can be done with orangefox also (custom recovery was made for modding in first place)
