I just bought my first condo in a 450k pop. city in Ontario and would love the opportunity to purchase a property in Maine you have advertised on your channel. What a magical and (relatively) remote place. Why not pray for all countries.
East Grand lake is about 15,000 acres, with lots of coves to explore. And then there is The Thoroughfare with the much smaller North Lake and Monument Stream after that.

We spend a lot of time boating around East Grand, but this doesn't look familiar. Where is Brook Lane? On the aerial map it shows it's near Sandy Beach Road I only know of one Sandy Beach Road, and that's at Greenland Cove.
From what I’ve heard from my brother who still lives on East Grand Lake, the World Wide Web and the exposure that it brings is what has caused the cottages along the lake to be about as expensive as houses here in the metropolitan Houston, TX area are now. Or, close enough.
@@perrybonney9090 Look over southern Maine waterfront prices if you want to stay awake nights with sticker shock. Our prices for lakefront in Northern Maine are so so much lower and no milfoil, not overcrowded like lakes an hour or two from Boston metro. Waterfront always a good investment and always expensive compared to land/homes that don't border the H20. 😀

I (who now lives in the Houston area) and my brother (who still lives in Orient, where I’m originally from) were talking about property back there, when he happened to mention the price of a piece of property on Grand Lake, back there. I couldn’t believe the price, saying that the price would have been comparative to around Houston, the nation’s 4th largest city. And he explained that the prices aren’t as cheap as they used to be, due to the web. Which opened my eyes. And that was before I was aware of your website/channel. And, no doubt, those prices down state are inflated, as compared to pre-web exposure, as well. All the best.

15,917 acres is closer to 😀16,000 and so many islands, coves, types of fish in an International Lake.
