So, when doing such a risks, always be honest with how bad things can turn out and if you can deal with it yourself. And if is really necessary. OMG ... flat out unbelievable courage, confidence and skills! I'm more panicked watching and seeing his shirt rising up his back, than he is bombing downhill. Let's get this guy a leather suit.
There are so many things I can’t understand. 🤯 Staying hyper concentrated for such a long time is already intense when watching and that is no comparison to being in the rough streets where I come to the second point. The endurance of his legs is unreal. Third would be the material. Insane how durable this skateboard on such a high speed rpm on rough streets is.
I always wanted to do that , but I'm afraid to die
I'm afraid of getting seriously hurt and living like that for the rest of my life, not the dying part
@@keko7804 Yeah the dying part is easy, the hurting sucks!
Nothin grand came from being scared...ever.

@@aacc8466 for real...thats why i havent done it yet....i figure if i do it im gonna wear layers and some pads. My issue is i havent gotten or really done the drift or slide yet to deal with high speed turns...cause i figure in order to do so i need to be goin fast enough but with my slightly big ass im goin to crash a few times till i get it...and again protection till i perfect it...but when and where i can manage to do some of this safley & comfortably i attempt it....im 35 and i probably shouldnt board or bmx all hardcore sort like i do but i can't help it...its fun....i had some or an old aquaintince once ask me when i was like 32.... He asked don't you think your a little old to be skating?... I felt insulted...i almost said to his 50 year old ass and wanted to say aren't you a little old to be driving....i was like are you serious todd ungrem i think is sort of how ya spell it but that guy is like 76 and is shreddin it better than most to this day...he's the old guy in the advil or Tylenol comercial...like age is just a number.....god mode activate.
This takes playing in traffic to a stratospheric level
Phenomenal teamwork! Amazing recovery at 5:26! Absolutely beautifully done! Such a poetic hill bomb! Ride or Die! Skate for life!
The real start is the D.O.T. for keeping that road so smooth 😎.
Quite rare at Colombia.
I've been watching some of these kinds of board riders, and this particular ride is legendary. Congratulations to Garret, and Spud for being able to film it.

the Pólice: amazing
FACTS hehe
I like how he went for the Road Rash video game ending, very classic!
When you ask your parents how they got to school
😂😂
LOL
Except it was uphill
Ummmm, I do not see any volcanoes 🤨

You are completely nuts...

I feel like the bearings should have overheated or something
bones reds dude
@Anthony vaan Lecter bone swiss is a bearing company for skaters, top of the line, expansive, long life. Reds are the best, abec 7s!
james young no, reds are like the least expensive. bones swiss ceramic are expensive
Miles Stieve-Dawe he said expansive dumbass, as in they have a wide range of uses
rishard daniels english is not even my native language, how should I fuckin know you asshole? dont call me dumpass 🤨
Best ride I have seen on UA-cam. In traffic, passing cars, really impressive! You've got guts!
The real star is the camera guy doing the same thing while keeping him in frame
Lol how do u know the camera guy is on skate board
its a car becouse if the skater have any problem, the car helps he to get to the hospital
Insta360
It's a chaser vehicle. Also stops other cars from running him over if he falls.
@@tkchen80 yea and the camera guy is hanging in the front bumper? Or does he have a special longboard harness?
So many good feelings captured in this run.
Such a beautiful place, and generally cooperative drivers. Longboarding dream footage. I think we all (riders) have a highway we want to ride. Good work making this.
This shows just how much fuel we waste in vehicles to overcome air drag.
This only works cos it's downhill tho
Y'all don't get it.
What he means is: look how much power is needed just to beat air resistance, if there was no air resistance, a small engine could propel a car considerably faster with less fuel consumption
@@dabelli3818
*I agree with you human.*
*it's the same thing with bicycles, the wind fights against you and makes one work harder to cover the same distance. *
*Butt farting a lot add thrust to propel one faster ( ; )*
*Thank God for beans.*
No, the cars were keeping to the speed limit, the boarder was not.
@@dabelli3818 no shit
Dude WTF, I got shit scared while I am watching this. RESPECT bro.
Legend so good to see some men who still have balls in this world Appreciated
I appreciate the smoothness of roads more than the talent..Wish he could do one raw run here in Bangalore..
Why live life in fears and cautions? The true meaning of living life is finding something worth dying for. That is most likely his philosophy... Godspeed Mate!
Exactly :)
Very well put. I’d rather die doing something fun and that I enjoy, rather then die of old age or illness.
Well, I guess some people wanna live just a little bit longer 😂
Ah sacré nom de Dieu, quelle descente! quel style! quelle fluidité! the only thing I am afraid about is that he doesn't wear any protection on elbows, neither on knees. But he is a master, definitely !!! crazy video, thanks for sharing !
A friend of mine was into that sort of things, until he had an accident. Hi hit a wall and his knees ended up against his shoulders. I was studying overseas, I came back and no one wanted me to see him. He spent a year in a bed in his house with his mother until he died.
So, when doing such a risks, always be honest with how bad things can turn out and if you can deal with it yourself. And if is really necessary. I have done my share of crazy things in my life but there are games that should not be played and that in reality they do not represent a thing after all.
I completely agree , and imagine the trauma of a driver if they accidentally smashed into him .They would never get over it
That's why he's so happy at the end.
I hit a stopped truck once, maybe 10MPH, and it hurts way more than I anticipated.
A buddy of mine was into hill bombing until he got into an accident and broke his spine he’s never been the same since
i think he hasn't think that far ahead or just don't wanna think about it (denial) until one day it happens. Guess he's milking this adrenalin & UA-cam entertainment while it lasts.
At 70 yrs, old. This is my new hero. Totally awesome
there are no words for what you accomplished that day.........speechless!
Awesome dude very nice wheels they work perfect and that road remained on my lap on the Mexico Toluca road thank you!
This is the kind of activity that makes life worth living.
Man, I didn't know whether I should be cheering or sh!tting myself whilst watching this video! Just AWESOME!!!
Whoa, I wonder what the guardian angels assigned to this guy think on a day to day basis. Stellar job man, crazy skills to pull this off and I am taking hold of the kind of courage you have to face my own fears.
00:25 bike dude had a story to tell that day 😅
That run is beyond. Special breed. Thanks and take care ;-)
He was going so fast he had to slow down for the cars
One of the mos sickest runs I've seen online! Amazing!
Rush hour takes on a whole new meaning, I gotta think the euphoria at the end had to have been partly in admiration of the regular vehicle drivers not loosing it and doing much random, distracted or abrupt stuff. A walk on the wild side for sure, but I still gotta kinda cringe at the unknown state of those with heads 'behind' wheels, but hey, this day, respect to your loose ends..
What? As one continuous thing this is not possible. As 50 separate brief segments, sure! Still, way beyond awesome. God bless your talent.
Out of curiosity why would you think it’s not possible?
@@spud4k Only because I can't stretch my brain that much. You can't go downhill for ever, eventually you hit a climb which decelerates you to zero.
Just out here casually overtaking cars on a longboard.
Imagine getting passed by a guy on a skateboard LMFAO.....this guy must have had a death wish to decide to do something mind blowing like this on a highway
Maybe he is Just bored
Seeing you passing cars through traffic had my skin tingling! Wow!
This is absolutely incredible. The guy is really gifted
It must be hard gaining all that extra inertia from those giant balls of steel.
