    Nailed it again! Good balance with the sauce. I would rather be able to taste the pork than a heavily slathered sauce

    Great video Drew! Quick question, after buying the Chud Box do you think it is too small? I'm looking at a Smokeslinger that is the same size as the Chud Box but they also have larger units so wondering if I'll regret the size of the smaller grill? Thx

      Thank you! I love the size of the Chudbox. I can do four racks of ribs on in and that’s more than I typically need to cook.

    Hey drew- looks awesome. what was your total cook time here? Surprised u thought they were too tender when it seems like u only cooked around 2.5 hours right?

      Yep, right around 2.5 hours. Doesn’t take long on a direct heat cooker

    Did you cook at a consistent 325 for the whole time? Also what was the total time for the whole cook. Really interested in doing this method! Thanks!

      Yep, settled in at 325 right after putting the ribs on. Total time was right around 2:20. Fast and easy
