Explanation:
Susano instantly starts the sword intermission at sub-40% hp.... unless he's busy doing something else. The longest busy period I found was each of the knockback & stack sequences with ~12s, which start at roughly 0:27, 1:46, and 2:35 fight-time.
So you 'just' have to do 800k damage in under 12 seconds, while making sure to get the timing right. That's a sustained ~28k dps before 60% epic & 50% regular echo. This should be attainable by all dps with current BiS, though some jobs may need to heavily rely crits, and will be relatively easy come Dawntrail as long as you know the timings.
NIN was not the greatest job to use - the setup Suiton/Trick/Mug could all crit and drop Susano below 40%, and then the knockback perfectly interrupts TCJ. Jobs with more controlled setups are advised if anyone wants to recreate this.
