    No back side mechanics only front side mechanics is the best way to run

    The hamstrings do work in sprinting. but I think they get too much attention.
    The true source of power comes from the core. Especially the psoas and pelvic floor.
    The psoas is the only connection between lower and upper body throw the spine.
    Moving in a direction means bringing the spine in that direction! The spine is the center. Every movement start from there.
    Psoas and Lats are key muscles to transfer force from the center to the limbs.
