...as soon as they discovered synthetically manufactured insulin at huge levels in a tiny newborn they should have known they had a murderer on the ward. Never mind the unusual number of deaths when she was on duty. Yet the wards were kept open (because it was just too inconvenient to do otherwise) and she was allowed to continue in clinical practice ...chiefly because she was always available for overtime! Well, she's murdered seven babies and possibly been involved in other criminal acts . She then spits in the face of the family's she's helped destroy by not facing them in court . When letby should of been dragged up into the courtroom . So basically, she's got another one over these poor families.
But next on the agenda is the NHS Excutive and those line managers involved. Those who did not deal with the concerns of various doctors' complaints when they needed to. Those managers who looked away because they didn't want part of the hospital under the police and public scrutiny. Since when should a NHS manager overall a doctors concern over a medical staffs behaviour. Not forgetting the letter to letby apologising for the trauma she had been through and offence, it may of caused . I Hope they have good lawyers, because there going to need them . Their can be know hiding place from this . Because the law will be coming for you .

The trouble today is a culture, in which senior management and ‘Human Resources’ Departments of public institutions are so afraid of implementing disciplinary tribunals, with their aggressive union lawyer cross-examination, not to mention risk of litigation, that they will always seek to avoid any official proceedings against suspects for fear of ‘the hassle’ of getting their ‘finger burnt’.
Remember that it is always incumbent upon management to categorically prove the incompetence, or as in this case, the malfeasance of an employee.

Furthermore, without wanting to ‘labour’ the point, as a Head Teacher, I was astonished, (not to mention very disappointed), with the degree to which on any working level, my LA showed considerable deference to ‘Unions’, even though usually they only had a duty to consult with them, rather than to agree on all matters.
And don’t get me started on how many hoops I had to jump through just to reach a point at which even the most incompetent of staff would eventually be dismissed.

Make no mistake here, the media is pushing this because they think they should be allowed to be there with a close up camera. this IS NOT THEATRE, this is a court case where children died, not entertainment for the masses. she will spend her life in prison, the court case is not the punishment, the victim statement is not the punishment, the life behind bars is.
