#26 is where Aladdin tricked Jafar to use his last wish to become a genie, which created a lamp that imprisons him. The stuff she said at 13:52 is what happened to him in the sequel, Aladdin: Return of Jafar.
21:58 Actually Yzma accidentally broke the vial of cat extract, which turned her into a cat, like the guards turning into various animals minutes earlier.
I got some other films worth mentioning, if you're counting live action as well (considering you included Enchanted): - Who Framed Roger Rabbit (1988): Judge Doom. During his final showdown against Eddie Valiant while initiating his plan to execute Roger Rabbit and Jessica, plus wipe out Toontown with his Dip concoction, Doom is revealed to be the toon which murdered Eddie's brother. Ultimately, Eddie drains the Dip from the machine, causing Doom to be disintegrated by his own concoction. - National Treasure (2004): After forcing Ben and his companions to continue down in the caverns beneath the Church where the treasure is located, Ben's father Patrick gives a false clue to the treasure in Boston, while Ben and company continue to find the real treasure room. After returning the Declaration of Independence to the FBI, Ben helps them locate and arrest Ian for his malicious intentions. - National Treasure: Book of Secrets (2007): Mitch Wilkinson is with Ben Gates and company as they discover the location of the City of Gold beneath Mount Rushmore. However, with the caverns flooding, they must find a way out. The escape tunnel however is blocked by a door which can only be opened if one person stays behind to hold it. After some commotion, Mitch redeems and sacrifices himself by staying behind to allow Ben and the others to escape.
You forgot about Judge doom from who framed Roger rabbit in which he got killed by being thrown into the dip that the same concoction he made to kill the toons. Roger rabbit is a great Disney movie that helped usher in animation as a whole to spearhead some interest and kick off the Disney Renaissance.

The way that she zoomed in on Clayton’s hung shadow is horrifying.
The Tarzan one! I never noticed that before! Clayton's shadow was shown where he hung himself!
yeees, I wanted to watch Disney villains.

I could never figure out how Clayton died from tarzan as a kid.
The jungle vines was what hanged and killed him

You forgot about Oogie Boogie and King Magnifico.
I don't know if it counts, but you should count Pixar villains too, like Syndrome and Randall.
What about Warner Bros. And cartoon network animation villains????🤔🤔

@alexkirwan8712 It wouldn't be possible, as Magnifico was fully absorbed by Forbidden Book's spell.
Technically he was evil before the book.
