    Hi John, I like your videos bud. There aren't many of these mixers back here in South Africa. Which would you say is better between Omega, Cementech and Bay Lynx? I'm interested in getting myself a mixer for my new concrete supply business. Thanks 👍

    I Really want to have this kind of Machine, too bad there isn't any available here in the Philippines. Imagine the potential of selling ready mix concrete, i realize that you can sell only and tag a price for how many concrete the costumer wants. Here in the Philippines people are used to buying them separately and sometimes ended up buying too much and costly esp. The labor cost. I hope someone will market this machine here.

    Wonder if these would be suitable as a business in lieu of the regular brick and mortar concrete batch plant?

    Thank you very much! You are the best as always) Convenient covers on the bunker for sand and stone. Dzhe did not imagine that it happens. Special thanks for the chain oiler. We look forward to the next issues. It is interesting to see the hydraulic system. How is the return of hydraulic oil. The pneumatic of the systems on our mixer is made as follows: the air from the compressor passes through the air regulator, then one tube goes to the control panel, the other goes to the opposite side of bin there is a lubricator. After the lubricator, air passes through the valves and further to the vibrators. The air goes dry to the control panel. On vibrators with oil. I don’t know yet how to connect a compressor. He has 220v. What compressor do you have? I saw an autonomous engine on our mixer. Is there a compressor there?

      Sorry one correction about the tube that activates the conveyor chain oiler, I said it was connected to the conveyor circuit but its actually connected to the water circuit, so whenever your water is on then the chain oiler will be on also. As for compressors I don't know much about, the mixer air is plumbed into the truck air supply so it uses the same compressor as the trucks air brakes.

      @@johnneufeld02 You saw the Global mixer. Perhaps you know what it is? There are hoses for water, there is an oiler. It looks like a water meter. It seems to me that there should be a hubodometr on it. And I also can’t find on our mixer the adjustment of the hydraulic oil pressure on the water pump. There is an adjustment for cement. For water, I see only a tap near the flow meter. ua-cam.com/video/RLA0lkhxWM0/v-deo.html

      I haven't seen that before, if its a water pump then its a completely different water pump than I've seen.

      @@johnneufeld02 No, this is not a water pump.

    Hello mate, watching from Devon sw England. I get the principle of heating the sand so you're not left with a solid lump of sand. Surely heating all that sand costs a fortune and how do you do it? A video on that would be awesome for saddos like me

    • @johnneufeld02
      @johnneufeld02  4 роки тому +1

      I'm hoping to do a video on that soon.

      Yes steaming softens up the frozen sand but aggregate is also heated (along with hot water) to get your mix temperature up to an acceptable level. Engineers will call for a mix at a certain temperature, say 15 degrees C. When it’s the dead of winter aggregate stored outside could be 20 or 30 below freezing. It needs to be heated! Steam is a wonderful way of heating through the pile. There are a few reasons I’m a school teacher...winter concrete might be one of them!

      Heating does cost extra. That’s all worked into the bid/pricing. Right now a friend finished up a large job that had heat worked into the price. He was blessed with one of the warmest November’s ever!

    • @johnneufeld02
      @johnneufeld02  3 роки тому

      It's a 10 yard box but you wouldn't want to put that much on it because of weight. Depending on your trucks axle setup and your local laws you could haul anywhere from 6 to 9 yards probably.

    How long it take for cement silo to fill up your truck

    • @johnneufeld02
      @johnneufeld02  4 роки тому +1

      That largely depends on your silo I guess, we have one that will fill it in 2-3 minutes, and other ones that take 8-10 minutes.
