This is so funny. Like, the entire premise of Link being able to run from Termina and just... glitch his way back home sounds like a deliberately unrealistic shitpost, something as absurd as freeing the shark or collecting the Triforce in OoT64. It has no right being an actual thing you can do. And yet! ...Man, I just love the glitch-hunting/speedrunning scene of N64 Zeldas; and their 3D rereleases deliver just as much joy in that regard.
I assume that at the end you were in that one room where the deku flowers introduced ( playing it from the beginning). Are those flowers not active, due to you being out-of-bounds?
I just clipped my way through the invisible wooden door where the skull kid turns human link into a deku, that is the furthest point that you can reach in this version of the game, reason why I found out it was that room, was because there were small puddles/dirt that you can see link's footprints on the invisible plane.
Not by doing this, I imagine. Kokiri Forest is a map in this game, sure, and it most likely has enough collisions to walk on, but this map was made only for cutscenes, so there's no dedicated loading zone connecting it with the area shown in the video (i.e. Link can't "come back" there physically by walking through some kind of a door). However, there might be a way to wrong warp to the Kokiri Forest map and explore it that way - I doubt there'd be something preventing that.
@@goopi_eh considering that the devs of majoras mask had trouble with the storage space of the game (the reason why majoras mask only had 2 save spaces) there would be no reason for them to waste so much storage as to put a useless map in the game
This is absolutely incredible but is this really Hyrule? Lore wise, Link "enters" the world of termina once he falls down the hole at the beginning of the game. The part before that is in the lost woods. As soon as Link lands on the deku flower, he's in Termina.
I think more so that the place links starts in the game till he falls down the hole is hyrule…Then the rest of that till the spinning tunnel is a place between both the universe of hyrule/termina…And the tunnel is the portal to the world of termina…So there are three places link travels between the start of the game Starts in hyrule Lands in a place between both the dimension of hyrule, and the one of termina And then taking the tunnel brings him into the world of termina.
What I learned today: If you see a goron taking pictures, *RUN*
Essentially Link saying “I’M HOME! See ya Majora, tell Termina to kiss my ass!”

NintenTalks712 not they are active I watched a other vid about this they used all the flowers
So the walls and objects still exist in the previous room but everything is invisible, strange. Guess it's impossible to go any further?

not that strange, it's just unloaded
It’s a one way door that unloads the environment from its memory after the bars shut

Can you get back to Kokiri Forest in this scenario?
Technically yes
No. There would be no reason for an ocarina or time map to be in majoras mask as it would waste space in the game.

@@buttcheesegaming9983 did you even play the game?

Awesome!
I Can do the glitch for pass the first door but i can't be behind it!
Drew Hunter :This is without the doubt the hardest glitch ever created!!!
Wait do you lose all of your items and masks when you go to the clock town door? (Where you meet the happy mask salesman)

Hmm since he started in the lost first on mm does that mean he just found his wY back to kokoriko forest b4 getting really lost and stick in termina?

Starts in hyrule
Lands in a place between both the dimension of hyrule, and the one of termina
And then taking the tunnel brings him into the world of termina.
Tutorial please ? >= /
It is possible to get back into the forest but the game will crash and stop working.
