I'm going divide my comments. Re the app...it sounds really useful, of course with a learning curve as expected. One potential issue I see is what happens if the property information isn't available? The data hasn't been entered so the info isn't there to access? Maybe in 2024 nearly property is accounted for, & the info is available via computer. I'm guessjng there are still areas where property info is on paper only.
My second comment. I don't mean to sound like a "Karen," but I do want to mention your sweatshirt choice. I think from listening to you speak you're wanting a family friendly channel, something a parent could share with their children. You don’t cuss, & you keep clean; thank you for that. Your sweatshirt isn't keeping with the family friendly idea. I'm by no means a prude or uptight, but I know that I wouldn't want to be in the position to explain the meanings to a kid.
