  • I do a lot of remote performance projects with people online and I wanted to share some info about how to use some of my favorite software. Cleanfeed is an amazing browser based software that does high quality audio at very low latency. Hope you find this video helpful, feel free to ask any questions you have in the comments. Enjoy! - Trevor

Hi Trevor, I have a new Mac which is telling me that I have blocked cleanfeed from using my mic - any ideas on how I might correct this situation? thanks in advance

Try reloading the page, you should get a prompt that says something like “allow to use mic” you’ll need to click “Allow”, then you should be set.

Also, make sure you are using the Google Chrome browser, cleanfeed is designed to work in chrome

Hey Trevor. Thanks for this. Lost making a boatload of cash yesterday on a remote ADR session. My PC was logged on to Zoom (muted) and cleanfeed (audio) and run through a Scarlett 2i2 interface with a Rode XLR mic and headphones - they could hear me, but I couldn’t hear them at all! Tried rebooting the system - everything was wired properly and set correctly, but still couldn’t hear their feed. Could hear myself through the mic, and so could they, but…🤯…. Any ideas?

When you’re logged into Zoom you need to make sure to click “Leave Zoom audio” under the little arrow you click by the microphone.
What May have happened is that Zoom took over your audio and wouldn’t release it to cleanfeed in that moment although usually the driver will let that happen either way.
It is very important to leave zoom audio if you can. I’ve run sessions with Zoom in the configuration you had without problems though. I’d run a test and also check to see windows, your focusrite driver, and zoom are up to date.
      Lemme know how it goes!

Hi Trevor. Could you please help with my issue. Every week host a 2 hour radio show using clean feed. I use my focusrite 214 sound card and a separate laptop for this audio. Quite often I lose my connection to clean feed during my sessions. Any idea what's causing this issue. Thanks in advance
