- This is a tour of an A frame cabin house of about 7x10 Meters size with 2 bedrooms, 1 bathroom and a modern living room. The total living space of this 2 story cabin house is 78sqm / 840sqft and the estimated cost is 880k to 1,5M Philippine Peso which is approximately 16k - 28k usd. (The cost to build this A frame house is based on the filipino market)

Very nice. A-frames are simple and easy to build. I wonder how well this design would work in the Phils. Maybe in Baguio or some place it will be okay. May need to consider termites in some regions. Would probably want to change the back side of the house a bit. Maybe you could get away with using a type of ships ladder for the loft. Thanks for sharing.

I wonder if such house could be built in the rainforest!?!? If yes, I can easily imagine to live in such house out in the Amazonas...snakes, Scorpio's etc visiting and, an iguana as a guard 'dog' - sitting on the veranda, enjoying the birds, the river and the forest 🤗

Wonderful design, however, for accessibility purposes, I'd probably have a spiral staircase rather than a ladder.

The only thing I would change is instead of a ladder to the loft, have stairs going across and over the other bedroom . So when I’m old, it’s easier
Maybe even a back staircase outside coming up to a little deck with a chair to sit outside. Or, at least a spiral staircase.

I love A Frames. The design is gorgeous, but this is a bit small for me. For me, I would have 2 bedrooms and a full bathroom upstairs and a powder room plus a laundry downstairs.

I love the design and A frames. What I do find quite unfortunate however, is that designs like this are only suitable for people who do not own anything in their life. This design severly lacks storage possibilities and therefore is probably more targeted towards the market of homes that can be rented out for family vacations, rather than actually living there.
A shed can store your belongings
I thought about this, get one of those roof only sheds and add walls on the ends. Then at GIANT industrial garage doors all down the side so you can open them up in summer.

My estimation is based on Philippines price list. Not Europe or US. It's the price to build the house in Philippines. (Unfurnished)

US price would be closer to 60k... alot less if you have the know how to build it yourself which is doable

This is perfect for what my husband and I are looking for. Need to k own cost in US dollars? Can it be shipped in the US?
Needs some side windows and I'd like one with a garden tub.
For me, the only thing I would do to this design is frame walls about 4’ high on either side as the areas at the bottom of the triangle is useless. Trying to sit in that chair, you would bump your head lol! You could add some doors here and there and use those areas as storage.
do you make prefab and export to USA?
Needs to be a little bit wider (and taller to keep proportions?) to solve the storage (closet) and bedroom furniture problems seen in both bedrooms. Otherwise it is a pretty cool design.
What software do you use?

Is this CGI? It’s hard to say for me. It’s just absolutely gorgeous especially with the snow even if it’s not real in the music so relaxing and soothing just a dream

I didn't see a second exit, a closet or a kitchen proportional to the dining table. Hard for a family to live here and keep it clean and liveable.

Looks good but there is so many problems.... Whoever sits on the table next to the wall is gonna bank his head all the time.... The kitchen space is not closed so the whole house will stink when you cook something.... Toilet is right next to the kitchen so imagine you're miss is cooking and you taking a s*** right next to her, :)
