    I used to cut all my Seattle lawns during the warm up and more light hours with a Toro Sportlawn or Cal Trim- zapped all annual bluegrass, Goose, and allowed birds to work on European Crane Fly.
    I'd low cut, and follow up with a liquid insecticide/urea - this would be mid February on an average year, sometimes later, but normal calendar for valentine day.
    Tax day was trying to finish Proxy after a granular in March- but Proxy in full effect going into May was just where you needed to be. The best part is Proxy was a fraction of the cost compared with Primo.
    Going on a reel for opening cut gave clients the opportunity to pay extra on the reel instead of rotary transition. I'd never cut that short on rotary and I have no experience on vertical mowing.

    It appeared that Matt had a "Breakdown", or he "Dissolved" during the show around the 47:00 mark. LOL🤣

      @TheGrassFactor Lmao, Matt you truly are an awesome soul. I get you when you speak. I was getting the holy ghost the whole time you all were going in on the wannabe lawn care guys. Preach brother. So glad you are in the transition zone with us.

    The feature on Amazon ($35) cost about the same as the one on the feature site ($34.11). The feature site charges $9.75 shipping, Amazon has free shipping. I agree with you about everything else.

      $4/single bag or $11.71/bag when you buy a full case less expensive on I Want Feature when compare to BezosWorld.

    Got into lawn care this year. After doing a soil test at 6 areas of a yard that was never cared for, I found it deficient in macros, micros, and trace elements, and inconsistent PH between 5 and 7.5, across the sites. I applied prodiamine, PGF complete at the half rate, and Weed Stop. Cut TTTF at 4 inches twice a week. I am having success, but I don’t know how much is cultural practice vs the products. I want to thank you for pointing us in the right direction re: oxysulfates. -Edited because I remembered I could count to 6.

      Take an area and apply nothing, another area a generic 16-4-8, and another area the pgf complete. If you really want to sauce it up, another area just urea. Adjust rates to account for equivalent rates of nitrogen

    Epic Joe Knows Turf today, and disappointing at the same time.
    2 apps of AMS thus far .4 lbs N total and my tttf/kgb is loving it!

    Kind of on the topic of feature, but does anyone know why the new label for Main Event does not state Iron EDDHA as an Active Ingredient anymore? If you go to their website and look at the product label it shows both the old and new. Was thinking about switching back to feature just because that's kind of iffy to me, but unsure what was going on there.

    • @TheGrassFactor
      @TheGrassFactor  2 місяці тому

      I don't know the answer, but from a manufacturing standpoint, EDDHA isn't the cheapest and easiest to come by
      Nor is it the safest
      Nor is it fun to handle
      If the demand isn't there, the ROI for the headache of producing it might not be worth it
