Mine arrived today, and I’m super into them! Bought this set more or less on a whim, and so glad I did. These dolls and fashions are stunning in person. Barbie is my favorite of the 2, but I think they’re both really cute. Love Barbie’s inset eyes, and am kind of hoping we get more dolls like this.
I love this set so much. Bought the second it went on sale. I'm keeping mine in the box. Definitely like Noonouri and her dress way more than Barbie. And yes, great jewelry. So worth it, good quality, no regrets. Price to me is fair for what you get and great display case, but yes, would have been fine with a cheaper display to save $$$. I find them unique compared to all other Barbie releases over the last few years and kind of youthfully refreshing. These two are teens, not adult Barbies, so I guess it might not appeal much to all Barbie collectors. But my 10-year-old said they were the most beautiful Barbies she had ever seen...so I am totally getting them for Christmas.
The implication of placement of the dolls is …… they are turning into each other by touching hands thru the 4th dimension … ie the glass wall. Noonori is turning pink and Barbie eyes are turning Noonori.

Re: the cost, I always find it funny that folks are fine with IT charging $150 and up for single dolls, but when Mattel does a double-doll set with similar quality, people complain about the price. 🤷🏾♂

Thanks for the review. I do not think the dolls are too expansive. Some people just do not vibe with the concept only with parts of it why they find it not worth the price. Mattel is trying something really new starting with all new moulds. And the package is definitely another reason for the price. So if you are throwing boxes away, like I do, then the money is wasted, of course. Credit where credit is due - it is an awesome set.💖 Will I purchase this set? I don't think but I am not the target group and that doesn't make this set a failure. Enjoy the girls.

Very cool. I decided not to buy this dolls because I am editing my collection and they don’t fit there, so I decided not to spend in there, if I was going to try to sell them later anyway, but seeing them here the way you show them… I definitely like them more now.
The packaging was a part of the experience , as they are bridging the world of AI to Barbie in the "Real World." The clothing with the silicone straps and the metallic vinyl of Barbie's looks are a uh-oh to me as they tend to deteriorate over time. The box display is clearly what they were wanting to achieve. It's an impressive step in Noonoouri's evolution by the creator Joerg Zuber. Noonoouri just collaborated on music with the singer Enisa in June of this year on the song "Up all night." Noonoouri is the first AI that I know of to have a recording contract with Warner Bros. Music.
I think I like the dolls. I do have a little regret because the box is so gigantic! Who has room for all that. These expensive dolls I like to keep in box. I don’t think I can with these. In a minimum they need adjusted to at least look at each other or at us. Initially I am very disappointed. I have a large home and still will be taking up precious space if I keep them in box. Thinking about sending them back?? Not sure. A couple other dolls came out that I think are prettier. Nori’s hair has those weird creases in it. So I personally would want to boil wash her hair. Kinda a lot to do for the price.
The jewelry is all metal, and if a person has piercings, they can actually wear Barbies earrings, i just got mine today, and I also did a review, but I didn't remove my girls.
Interesting dolls but they look COMPLETELY different from anything Barbie. They just don’t look like they would exist anywhere in the Barbie universe. They kinda give off Rainbow High vibes?? Maybe it’s the eyes? The idea for the packaging could be nice for inbox collectors if it was done in a 12 inch format. Thank you for sharing them with us and another great review.

If these were of some person or product that was a fan of, I would consider them. They are well done, and I like the clothes and the Noonoouri doll, but I don’t like seeing Barbie like that. I guess I’m not ready for her to go into the future: I liked her in the last century.

I’m not a fan of much AI either, especially with people’s lack of understanding of what it actually does, leading to misuse beyond just the arts world (e.g. medicine). However, the genie is out of the bottle. I’m sure Mattel, like basically all large corporations, is using AI at various levels. The only thing to hope for is that they keep actual human designers involved in the doll creation process as much as possible. These dolls were designed by a human (not sure if any AI assistance): his name is Carlyle Nuera.

It's not fair that some dolls ship quicker than others. It took me two months to get my Sapphire Silkstone and a month to get my Swirl reproduction.
