This is a wedding crash course. Thank you for this.
@36:53 love this side tracking shot through the guests! Great videography right there. But still looks slightly candid.
Thanks for sharing, love the footage!
Just such a cool video! Thanks so much. Beautiful shots and care taken. Congrats-the bride and groom better be ecstatic about your work!
Thx
Fascinating seeing you guys work. Funny that the lady on the bench seemed to just be sitting there watching.
Great work, thanks for sharing this! Loved some of those compositions you got during portraits and the first look.
🤙🤙👍
Yaaay!! I was just watching your Behind the scenes video from a year ago hoping you’d make another!! it’s like u read my mind. Thank u
Cool!
these are great!
Oh I'm early early! Gonna grab some lunch and come watch this!
🤙🤙
A generous submission, thank you!
Hope it helps
Thanks so much for such a vid Vu, I imagine it's a lot of work to put this together into one senseful piece.
Love your work! Cheers from Czechia!
🙌🙌

My Guy💪💪💪💪 thanks much🙏🙏🙏 always love your work bro!
🤙🤙
thanks for the video man , i enjoy POV shit , keep it up
🤙🤙
Love the POV. Learn a lot from your composition.
Awesome. Thanks for watching!
Cool perspective. I have my first wedding coming up and i'm not sure what to expect.
Anyone else's arm tired from watching these guys Ronin all day? Jeez.
Fantastic work Vu. One of the best takeaway for me about this BTS video is that there are so many shots that don't make the final cut. When getting great footage, you're always going to have some not so great ones and that's a reminder that it is totally OK.
Yup
It's actually not too bad
Vu, I love your weddings man. BTS is so great to see how you work. Thx and cheers from Germany. Carlos
🤙🤙
Outstanding work Vu!
Thanks
Finally a video of yours made me a subscriber
Absolute mad sequence !
🤙
2 years later…. Nice work Vu
Thanks for this shows lots of useful info

Thank you for doing this BTS. You the bet :) ... Greetings from Romania
🤙🤙
Great POV, would love to see more.
🤙🤙
So good. Thank you for doing this BTS.
🤙🤙🤙
Thanks dude
Outstanding work buddy! Now, can't wait to see your friend 'Mr. 'Show-Me' 's work Behind the Scenes lol!! :O
Lolol
I do the same off center 70-200 on the groom. I love that shot.
Great BTS footage. I've never done any wedding videos, good to see what it takes. I said never to do one, but after seeing how you teamed up with a 2nd shooter, used to photographer's angles, I think I will give it a second thought. I know it still takes a lot of work and no wedding is the same. Any tips on doing my first one, what kinda weddings to look for my first time, and what are the red flags. Thanx Vu for being so open to sharing your trade and skills, Peace.
I can't explain how Much i love this video and i learn.. love thid please make more videos like this..its helps me tu learn shoot so Much. First time on this channel and sub already 👍🏻
Awesome, this is super helpful. Side note: I appreciate how you guys dress well for the shoot. I know some wedding videographers who show up in jeans and a dirty t-shirt...not a great look.
Lol
Hey Vu! love the BTS! That bride prep did you have IBIS turned on? Man you have some steady hands! Great work bro!
Yea ibis. Thanks !
와우 너무 멋진 작업입니다. 영상의 노이즈는 어떻게 작업하시나요?
Dang that Kpop song playing at 1:47 was my song back in the day! #BigBang
Lolol
It’s great that a Steadicam saves you from such photographers.
Awesome video! thank you so much for your time to document this BTS!
🤙
Great video!!! If you can only take one lens to a wedding and film all day and night.... What lens would you choose or buy?
Great video. It would be interesting to see the full edited version. Maybe you could do that in a follow up video
🤙 4 months from now
Great stuff Vu! 60fps all day?
Yup. Tripod cams 24
Dude these GoPro shots turned out well.
Dji action 2
Lol
Big ups for showing the final clip along the BTS. File-organization game on point!
💯
Your handheld footage is so smooth! Any tips? Are you stabilizing in post?
Active stabilization on. Elbows tight to body. Slowmo if needed.
thanks for the POV, im a wedding photographer and want to get into video and this is a great help. the mindset is different and idk where to start. i have the sony a7iv for video usage pair with 28-75 G2. is that enough for 85% of the day in video?
lol, its finished about 21:30 , unfortunately in portugal we never leave before 1am, not rare 3am also
what settings did you use on the action 2 on this day? i want to get either the action 2 or the insta360 go 3 but not sure what would be better for bts lol and the go 3 is so expensive
Hey mate nice BTS, what picture profile are you using? I see you change the ISO all the time. Are you using S-cinetone?
Slog 3
Yo amazing video! How did you mount the DJI action 2 to your chest?
Necklace magnet
@@nVuFilms send that affiliate link bro i’ll buy it
Let me show you. Love the BTS which audio recorder allows you to monitor on your phone ?
Sony pcm a10
Are you using also the Gyro stabilisation when placed on gimbal?
Love it! What lens were you using for most of these shots on your camera?
50gm
@@nVuFilms Thanks!
Hey man, does the shotgun mic helps when trying to match cameras for the multicam? Loved the bts.
Of course. but usually just in case I want to use audio from it
You still recommend the dji action 2 for filming behind the scènes?
Great video. 🙌🏿🙏🏿
I have one question. In terms of your lights on the final part wgich was the sance floor and speeches, were they pointed upwards or directly at the people?
Horizontal. Not at people
If you only had one lens the 16-35mm or the 24-70mm. Which in your opinion is better during a wedding if you could only use one? Awesome video and BTS as well!!!
24-70
Just curious what lens was used on the gimbal ????
Awesome BTS footage ! I don't do many weddings so it's great to see how other videographers run the day. Can I ask what lens you used around 26:00 for the aisle portion?
ON TRIPOD? Tamron 70-180. My gimbal 50GM. Second shooter gimbal sigma 24-70
@@nVuFilms Do you use any stabalization settings while on the gimble?
amazing! what is the audio recorder you used? the link isn't working anymore.
Sony PCM a10
The audio recorder link seems to be broken for me, can I ask what mic you use, and what L bracket you use to not have to use the hotshoe? Love the BTS footage btws! thanks!
Search Sony PCM a10 on bhphoto
Did you used mist filter across the whole wedding?
Thanks for the BTS, looks fantastic. I noticed a lot of your shots are being recorded at 1600 and 2000 iso. Are you shooting slog? And if you are, i'm assuming not being in "native" iso is okay?
It's fine. Don't use 2500-10000
Hey Vu! Do you always use AWB for weddings? Got my first wedding tomorrow shooting on A7SIII and A7III
80%
i love the intro, great job. which mic do you use on the camera and how is it attached to the side. it's not on the hotshoe.

Thanks
in 35:00 why when you touch it does point focus instead of focus tracking?
What recorders do you use to check them remotely on your app? I deffo need that
Sony PCM a10
Hi, Vu! Can you tell me please, what kind of microphone you´re using? I just bought a Sony A7IV, and would like to buy an external microphone, too. PS: You´´re listing all the gear, except the microphone.

@@nVuFilms Thank you very much!
Amazing video and thank you for it! What is the audio recorder? The link is not working.
It's currently sold out
@@nVuFilms ahhh, thank you.
Your shots are so smooth. I also have the A7Siii and I kept getting what looked like "micro jitters" in my movements. Someone told me it's because I have IBIS on and I need to turn it OFF. Do you have Active Stabilization turned on or off? Thanks. Great video again!
Handheld I do both active stabe and standard depending on what I'm doing. I leave ibis on for gimbal as well.
Gotta work on keeping your elbows tight to body. Anything over 85mm without lens stabe built in will be difficult
@@nVuFilms Awesome, thanks. Will try keeping elbows tight.
I have active stab on all the time - my latest wedding video was shot using the Tamron 35-150 during most of the shots. All handheld, 60fps. Only a few shots needed a little stabilization in post. Keep the camera as close to your body as possbile, and it can be done with even a 150 mm lens without IS.
try higher framerate also, if dont need the audio..
@@Arvidje Sony records audio in high framerstes
What are you using in post to get rid of the camera flashes from the tog's cam ?
I leave it
That photographer was on crack when she came down the aisle 🤣
Chill
I'm wondering why you guys don't use CAMERA-MOUNTED lights. Then you always have front light from every angle.
Great behind the scenes. I'll stick to being a hobbyist and pretending to be a professional for family events.
Lol
Thank you for doing this, Vu! Question... Noticed you used the A7iv for the ceremony with the Tamron 70-180, have you had any issues with the A7iv overheating in 4k @ 24fps? I want that exact set up for my second camera, thanks in advance!
No issues
Link for audio recorder doesn't work, just takes me to Amazon homepage
Sorry I think it's on backorder
you are vietnam ???
Yes Im Vietnamese
I got an axinty attack and fleshbacks from the photographer
What LUT u youuse ? Lehhh me shyyyoowww youuu
Custom
Your name is the same vietnamese's name.... Nguyễn Vũ / Vũ Nguyễn??
👍
The photographer was moving around everywhere during the processional. Can't they just stay still.
He was doing his job. Didn't bother me too much 🤷♂️
You are duh beyt
Awar-winning
@@nVuFilms how is that dji action cam2? any overheating? how do you configure it, if you don't mind me asking? can you SHOOOW ME?
@@paulgero it's not heating
I wasn't impressed sorry.
