Great work people don't realise the work that goes into a wedding video, and the time spent editing keep up the good work ,every success in the future 👍
I have so many questions about White balance, it seems like you were able to switch and mitigate your options. what do you recommend for learning purposes especially on Sony siii user, I've found myself using 56000k the whole time.
I would stick to kelvin all day but start by switching from 2700-3200 for indoor yellow lighting, 3500-4500 for mixed lighting, and 5600-6000 for outdoor. If it looks blue or yellow on your screen/monitor go lower or higher on your kelvin to make it look right.
I really enjoyed the bts . I had a question on your drone footage you shot 30 fps and slowed that down to get slow motion. Where you shooting everything in 30 fps
Thanks! I slow the drone footage down to 80% in a 24 fps timeline (to make it match) mostly shooting in 24 all day on real time events (ceremony, speeches, etc) and 60 for all the other stuff
@@HeartbeatFilmsLouisiana its actually my first wedding, ill be solo and also 1 camera, im shooting with a fuji Xt3 and a 17-70 zoom. I was planning to just use a gimbal for the whole thing but im seeing many people put thier camera on a monopod/tripod for the ceremony , what should i do ? thank you
@@edi18912 I would borrow or rent a 2nd camera and put it on a tripod in the back high and wide (manual focus on where the couple will stand) and keep your main camera on the gimbal if you are comfortable enough with your movements.
HI! in the first two minutes of the video I see the gimbal make a camera movement towards the house and then towards the sign. in the final result I see a perfect movement without any vibration or little fluid movements. is it the result of poat production with help of software stabilization or is it already so natively? I use a Zhiyun crane 2 with 7iii and a 50mm base, and especially in close ups, I don't have a smooth image at all. at the edges of the video you can see perfectly a movement irregularity. is given by the lens that perhaps is not stabilized? from the gimbal that is not accurate? or from my movement? which I assure you I do with extreme care and technique. grazie !
Well, it’s slowed down in the final video and possibly some stabilization, I don’t really remember. But as long as I’m pushing in slowly, it usually turns out fine. I use the built in stabilizer in FCPX and the 24-105mm Sony G lens which is stabilized.

Are you on auto focus on the gimble or manual? Thanks great work!
BTS are a great source of education actually. You learn not only to shoot but how to act when infront of the client on their wedding day.
Yes, I lean a lot from BTS. It was fun making one
super aprendi muchas cosas de tu video saludos desde cali colombia
hello, love it the video, please let me know what profile use in the church and the party, thanks.

for the ceremony do you recommend using a monopod or tripod
It really depends on the situation. We always have up to 3 tripods and sometime use a monopod and/or gimbal.

Hi there, What is your camera's color profile setting? Thanks 😊
Awesome stuff, question during prep when you are using the gimbal are you mostly on 4k 60fps?
Thanks! And yes, mostly 4k 60 for prep (even ceremony on just the gimbal cam).
Great video! One of the best bts in a long time. Btw did you mic the bride during ceremony?
Thanks for the feedback. No, I rarely mic the bride for the ceremony, just letter readings during prep.
This s a fantastic video . learn some tip
Thanks for this amazing video. I need If you can answer to know how much you get payed for this kind of wedding please
We currently start at 4500. This wedding was a tad more
Thanks a lot
I love your BTS.
new sub here… found ya’ll on vimeo.
appreciate the content. nice work! 🤟🏼
Американцы , вы конечно красавцы
This is great! Quick question - which focus mode do you mostly shoot in? Center, wide, spot, or zone? SOS
Thanks, zone top middle with face detect on most of the time
a little late, but just curious. What aperture are you shooting at for establishing shots? a little new to profiles. Is that a log profile?
Mainly around 4.0 , no it’s a semi contrast file, looks great straight out of camera.
Great job
Thanks, about to release another one on here.

It's interesting to watch how the wedding day turns into a set of clichés. There is no real life here
Thanks for the feedback, the bride and groom had a great day and are super happy with the video.
