Hello I got pulled over and got a ticket for driving on suspended the day before I got my license reinstated …. The next day I got my license reinstated and 2 days after getting pulled over I passed my test and got my valid license …. I have been pulled over while driving on suspended before but the last time was 17 years ago ….. what do you believe I should do ?
Easy answer: hire a lawyer.
It’s great that you got a valid license the next day. That helps your case. But this issue is that your license was suspended the moment you were caught driving.
The risk to you is, if you’re convicted, you’ll be facing another suspension (probably for 1 year).
I had a dui in 2010 but I wasn’t conivicted of it cause I paid all fines 2500 with a 12 months of supervision and finished all my classes and had 6 months . But in 2023 caught another one in but they listed it as a 1st offender it been 13 yrs will they revoke my ls and count it as a second dui later ?

I now have a revoked license i was caught driving without valid license and valid insurance moving a parked car into a parking lot, taking it off City street to avoid tickets, i paid every ticket and fine, now all i have left to pay is a civil fee of $750 other than that the dmv shows NO other Fines for my license revocation, so Basically im asking Do you think its possible for me to get me license back ? And do you think i need a lawyer to do so because of my situation ?

What if I was caught with a fake ID and had my license suspend because of that. Would that be a a serious suspension or non serious.
Good question. I’d have to look it up. For your first one; you’d probably be able to get supervision. But do yourself a favor and just don’t drive while you’re suspended. The risk of extending that suspension for another year is a high price to pay.
@@driverdefenseteam my license was suspended due to a non compliance , I had to carry a sr22 and didn’t make payment so they suspended until I made that sr22 payment again. Well I got caught DWLS. What are the chances they totally suspend my license? Or will I just have to carry a sr22 for 5 years instead of 3?
So if you’re suspended for an open SSS, that’s a felony if your caught driving?
First one is a misdemeanor, second one can be a felony.
