Quick tip for the decal : clean the surface with window cleaner first, then leave a small amount of window cleaner to make a wet surface so you can move the decal to make it straight. It'll dry up and everything will look nice.
Beuatiful. I'm thinking of getting black on my black Mazda with gloss Black powder coated wheels. I'm trying to keep it an all black theme. What are your thoughts instead of a contrast yellow?
I used your Promo Code, thanks, now that I have them coming with NO LOGO, what sizer Logo do I need for the Front and what size for the back? I was going to wait and measure, but that will just make me even longer, so your help would be appreciated. thx. Actually you might not know since all of them might not be the same size correct? I got a set for a Full Size Truck, which might end up being bigger with bigger calipers, I just thought of that.
@@TechnicallyJeff Yeh, you say 3.5" in the video, so that is helpful, and thanks for the quick reply! Oh, FYI, your link to ETSY is no longer good, just FYI.
I'd email them to verify the Ioniq 6 fitment. To get blank, when checking out you just add a note in the notes for seller field that you want them blank with no logo.
Hey, Jeff! Do you know if these caliper covers fit even with the 2024 EV6 GT-Line wheels? It looks like the uncovered calipers come pretty close to the spokes in the wheels, and I can't tell if there's enough clearance to add the covers. Thanks a bunch!
@@TechnicallyJeff , Jeff, do you remember the dimensions for the decals? I found another decal maker but he requires dimenssions in order to make the decals. Thanks!
Lookin sharp! Will those decals come off in the weather and the heat from the brakes? Don't seem like they'd last long being just a decal not clear coated. How are they holding up?? Nice change!!
That's a great question. No there are no issues. They still look new. These are high temp decals. Honestly though I've seen people just use normal decals with no issues.
@@TechnicallyJeff nice. Hopefully they did not have to install spacers. I am going to buy these. For the decals, do I just say the same as TechnicallyJeff? Thanks for the videos btw, I am adopting quite a few of your recommendations.
@janmartinez806 I don't think the 20s need spacers. And yeah you can say the same EV6 logos as Technically Jeff and they'll know. I'm glad my videos are helpful!
They have these for Hyundai but I'd email them and verify - www.aooacalipercovers.com/collections/Hyundai - to get with no logo you just put in the "notes for seller" field when checking out that you want them with no logo.
@@TechnicallyJeff yeah its looks on fire. is there any customer service i can talk for the store i just want to confirm that my europ model is fit on this american caliper cover
that looks like a EV 6 GT yes ? I didn't know the stock lime green was just covers over the calipers and was wondering the easiest way to change them up to a different color. this looks easier than painting. thanks
Quick tip for the decal : clean the surface with window cleaner first, then leave a small amount of window cleaner to make a wet surface so you can move the decal to make it straight. It'll dry up and everything will look nice.
That's smart! Good tip 👍
@@TechnicallyJeff great video, I ordered mine yesterday what size is the area for the decal?
I got my decals 3.5" wide
Nice! Can you give us an update on how the calipers are holding up? Did any of the paint or the decal come off?
Very happy with them. They are powder coated and still look like new. And no issue with the decals.
Wow ! Best i have ever seen ! I used your link to buy a set for my Durango R/T as soon as i watched your vid ! Sweet !
Nice enjoy them!
What are the dimensions of the blank area on the covers? What size decal will it accept?
I don't recall exactly but the EV6 logos I got 3.5" wide
yes they look fantastic! I made my order yesterday thanks for the discount!!
Thanks! I agree I love them. I'm happy to help!
@@TechnicallyJeff what's the discount? Where do I place the order?
Promo code TECHJEFF saves you $20. You order from their site - www.aooacalipercovers.com/discount/TECHJEFF
Light blue would look sweet with my Urban Yellow. (Most of the interior accents on FE are light blue.)
Do it!
Are all the caliper covers the same size, or are the rear ones smaller, like they should be.. ?
Rears are smaller
Have you had any problems with these causing your breaks to overheat?
Not all all. Even at track days making multiple laps, my temps were relatively low compared to other vehicles.
Yellow looks really good on Grey car I have black gtline debating in to order green or red
Green on black would look really good. Red too. Can't go wrong either way.
THANK YOU , I CAN USE ON VOLVO C40?
I'm not sure to be honest. I'd email them at support@aooaracing.com to see
Hi Jeff
What were the specs for the decals?
I just want it around the same size that you got it for?
Let me know
Thanks
I got mine 3.5" wide

Nice! Happy to help 😀
Wow! Without measurements... What a stud... Lol

Beuatiful. I'm thinking of getting black on my black Mazda with gloss Black powder coated wheels. I'm trying to keep it an all black theme. What are your thoughts instead of a contrast yellow?
Personally I'd get a color to stand out. Yellow with black wheels does look good. Or maybe a silver. Up to you though! Your car 👍
Thx for the quick response 👍🏽
Of course!
Awesome brother 🔥🔥🔥🔥. Going to order them for my 2014 q50. Thanks bro
Enjoy them!

@@TechnicallyJeff Yeh, you say 3.5" in the video, so that is helpful, and thanks for the quick reply! Oh, FYI, your link to ETSY is no longer good, just FYI.
Oh okay. Yeah I did hear that. I'm hopeful the seller starts selling again.
How do you get the blank covers, and do they have them for the Hyundai Ioniq 6?
I'd email them to verify the Ioniq 6 fitment. To get blank, when checking out you just add a note in the notes for seller field that you want them blank with no logo.
Jeff did you have the car up on 4 jackstands or did you do the front and then the back when you did this?
I did one side then the other. On each side I used a jack stand and a jack.
Nice colors! Nice review! Thanks!
Thank you! 😀
Hey my friend nice caliper cover I’m ready ordered mine , so how long it take to shipping to USA
It was 1-2 weeks or so
@ okay I’m scared because I ordered mine on 28 October and not arrived yet.. yellow with no logo like yours.. for Honda accord 2021
I wouldn't worry. It can take some time. They'll definitely look good though.

Hey yes they should. Many have installed them on the 22-23 GT-Lines and I think the wheels are the same specs for 2024
@@TechnicallyJeff Wonderful! Thank you so much for your help!
I'm happy to help!
Did you use any loctite on the bolts?
They come with some already on there actually 😊
what rims are those
Titan 7 TS5s
is this caliper cover fit on european car?
I know people in Europe have gotten them. I'd reach out to support@aooaracing.com and verify though.
Jeff, any idea where else can I get the caliper decals? The Etsy vendor is not available.
The one I linked? Hmm let me check
I'm not sure why they are taking a break, but there are several on Etsy it looks like that offer similar decals.

About a week or two

Where did you get the caliper covers without any logo on them? or did you remove the A00A logo?
I talk about it in this video. You have to put in the notes for seller field you want them blank with no logo.
@@TechnicallyJeff I swear people don't listen.
A lot of people don't watch the entire video or play close attention
Any alternative site that’s cheaper ?
Not that I'm aware of. After my promo code it's not very expensive though. I think only $208 last I checked.
Are these fit my 2012 Hyundai Sonata Limited? Also how to get these without logo?
They have these for Hyundai but I'd email them and verify - www.aooacalipercovers.com/collections/Hyundai - to get with no logo you just put in the "notes for seller" field when checking out that you want them with no logo.

Thanks Andy! I like the light blue with the white personally 😀

nice video bro. is this not dangerous to take off while driving in long run im thinking to buy this or paint my caliper
Nope not dangerous at all. It doesn't come in contact with anything or cause issues. And they are easily removed.
