After all these years, things are finally going to go our way... #6: Will Anderson #18: Bijan Robinson Trade #48 and #81 to move back into the late 1st rd with a team that needs picks to draft Drew Sanders. Three first round picks, all immediate impact players, and they *still* have a 2nd round pick, two 5th and two 6th
This guy & to'o to'o are the most instinctive linebackers in this yrs draft class (2023) they play in space very well, and it's rare that they over pursuit plays. Those are traits you look for in good linebackers
Love Sanders, but I think Campbell is the most instinctive LB in this draft, and I dont even think its close. Hes so smart, the only issue is will he be athletic enough to dominate in the NFL as he did in college.
I wanted the raiders to go Witherspoon 1st round and drew sanders 2nd. But the more I watch his tape I doubt he gets to the 2nd round. I absolutely wouldn't mind trading way down to grab this kid, and picking up a future 1st or a few 2nds in the process. 🙏
I hope they select him with the 25th pick. We put scraps together at wideout and were just fine. Defense wins Championships. Look at our last two appearances. We had tremendous trench play with nascar package and our linebackers were above average. We need to enjoy the process. Piece by Piece.
NOBODY that ive seen, has Dallas taking this kid, but if he somehow lasts to 26, id draft him in a heartbeat, and pray Avila or Schmitz is there for me in round two. This kid can do it all, and while I like him better at MLB, he can ABSOLUTELY play outside for now, and may even be nastier there because of his pass rushing abilities and pass coverage. If LVE ges hurt, or we move on frok him in two years, boom, heres a better version of LVE and your MLB of the future. Quinn really doesnt like playing Micah at LB, and who can blame him, so we do have a need at OLB. Im no longer confident Jabril Cox is that steal we thought we had in the 4th round, and may only be a depth piece for us. LVE, this kid, and hopefully a better healed Damone Clark? I like that.
@@chocolatetownforever7537 We actually just had him in at the star a few days ago for a draft visit. It's definitely a possibility that we draft him thus giving us the best Salt N Pepper LB/Pass Rushers in the whole league
After the Lions become the luckiest team in the draft and Will Anderson falls to them at #6, they draft Bijan Robinson 18th, then package one of their 2nd round picks with another pick or two to move back up late into the 1st round to draft Drew Sanders, giving them their 3rd straight good draft and 2nd straight perfect draft. Finally, after not winning the division since it was the NFC CENTRAL, Detroit wins the North, and Ford Field hosts its first playoff game *and* victory. Honolulu Blue Kool-Aid is Delicious, btw.
He can cover cuz he has good feet he can play outside an pass rush an can play the mike an smack you in the mouth he can play multiple defenses cuz he can play multiple positions
@@Plugs23 He needs to improve at coverage. He gave up catches on 21 out of 27 targets. The thing is he does have the athleticism to cover better, and only playing LB for one year, you have to think he improves just from experience if hes a high IQ guy.
hoping the lions grab one of these lbs this year. i really like me some Drew sanders and Jack campbell would both be a great for my lions. either one paired with Rodriguez would be nice moving forward
@@christophelliot9411 Great athlete, and I agree, theres reason to believe he will get even better as a LB. The fact that you can line this kid up at DE if you need to, is just a bonus that no other LB in this draft has shown. It also gives you some flexibility if he does struggle in the NFL in pass coverage or run pursuit.
@@chocolatetownforever7537 Yes sir, good take and I agree. If he develops as a coverage LB his potential is ridiculous as a sideline to sideline player with the potential to scheme fit. If he can land on a team with a creative defensive mind I could see him being a real x-factor in the right scheme. I hate seeing versatile players reduced to limited roles in the wrong system. This draft should be very interesting in the 1st two rounds.
It's amazing how many colleges and other teams use Zombie Nation's Kernkraft 400 after a huge play. Of course Penn State started it (way back in early 2000s), nothing beats 106,000 of your closest friends all wearing white jumping up and down with this song with the "WE ARE PENN STATE!" during the break in the song
The creator of that song hates it, haha. Vice had a whole 15 min video a while back about the original DJ’s version being bastardized and he hates it but it also made him famous and he’s used that notoriety to relaunch his career.
Very similar to Leighton, Vander Esch. Unlike Vander Esch though, he needs to put on a little bit more weight. 230 for a guy 6’ 5” isn’t it as a ILB in the NFL. Has the TJ Watt “IT” factor. This kind of tape for a guy who spent 1 year in this system and 1 year as an ILB is just silliness. Can also get it as an OLB when needed as well… Read, recognize, destroy…
@@GodsProphet23 Telvin Smith was great when he played for sure. But, 99% of players could not have had Smith’s career at his size. “Could” Sanders have a great career at 230lbs, sure, but 240-245lbs would be much better for ILB. So chill…
@@gabrielcarrasco9078 Actually Wagner is 6ft tall and weighs 241lbs. Warner is only 6ft 3in tall and weighs 230lbs and Leonard is only 6ft 2in tall and weighs 230lbs. Sanders is 6ft 5in tall and weighs 230lbs. It isn’t that he couldn’t play at all at 230lbs but the extra 10 lbs would help him out a lot in the strength department and more importantly the physical toll his body will take at only 230lbs.
Every single person recommended this guy to their TEAM, IM SO HAPPY THAT HES A BRONCO
Welcome to the Denver Broncos wow what a steal in the third round for this dude

We can ride with this guy!!!
His potential is through the roof. Crazy that hes this good switching from DE. LB is so deep this year.
I could see another Sanders in DET 😅. Drew would look great flying around with Rodrigo

As Commander he will be in the Hall of Quarter Backing that D-Line.
Commanders bring Drew home.
We definitely need him
3 rd round pick and we will trade up to get him

This dudes a perfect fit for Detroit.
Your highlights are always the best 😎
The Giants need a linebacker like this BAD
Read my mind exactly.. I'm going thru all the best fits n possibilities of getting these guys.
Dude every team needs a Drew Sanders
As a giants fan agree. This dude has special special skills
No, the bears need him. He would fit in perfectly with Chicago
Sideline to sideline and can rush from the edge
He’s got Detroit Lions written all over him!
His tape is so fun to watch!
I hope the Giants trade up in the second to get him. ❤💙
