An interesting looking game. I liked the idea that failure is not simply the end of the line but rather an opportunity to learn. In all games I've played (to my knowledge) a failure results in zero return at best and a penalty more often. That tends to create a very set linear play through to avoid failure and give the player the best options to progress.
It's the same dev as Ai War I & 2 which also break the mold. This guy is the king of under the radar but excellent 4x games. Check out AI War 2 if you haven't. The premise is the reverse: the AIs won and you're the last bastion of humanity. You have to slowly expand and hack across star systems without alerting the AI before striking. Nothing else like it.
When you talked about stealing the shotgun and armor, I wasn't sure if they were single items, or if you learn how to produce them after that for your other androids.
the wrong things seem to pop out, like the trees. Idk why trees are just so important. 12:22 maybe it's not the trees, maybe it's just the "simple" shading that they do here. 12:16 also very ugly screenshot. I mean maybe, it's AI vision and hence why everything is lacking detail and is wrong. UI is more or less fine tho.

Why are robots so needlessly aggressive? Why is "violence" considered such a logical decision?
Decent game.

Dang', this is the first 4x I've seen in some time that doesn't follow the old mold.

@@Androsynth75 Wouldn't be surprised if this is the prequel to AI Wars haha.
@ it literally is, the dev has said so in his latest Kickstarter email for ai war 2
This looks so good
The armour-piercing rounds quest was my first major stumble point in the demo. Be curious to see if I can surpass it this time :p
OH, NO, NOT THE BEES! NOT THE BEES! AAAAAHHHHH! OH, THEY'RE IN MY EYES!
