Brodie that overnight oat is a game changer. I used your recipe but used PEscience cake batter instead. It’s absolute gas. Even the after taste is good. Definitely gonna use that a lot. Quick and easy to make, packed with tons of helpful ingredients for working out and filling you up and as someone who struggles to eat this can be a good foundational “meal” paired with like you an egg sandwich or something like that

1 cup milk
1 cup oats
1/2 cup yogurt
1/4 cup protein powder
I also add in some extras such as a dash of cinnamon and some maple syrup but thats all optional!

Allot of people in the comments don’t understand that the reason his calorie intake seems small is so he can stay lean. Do you think he would be that shredded on 3000-5000 calories a day? It’s called a lean bulk, having only a small calorie surplus.

i start my day with 500mg of black coffee right after that I hit my workout after the workout I take my breakfast which is 5 eggs and a slice of break and 300 grams of chocolate oat meal + protein and for the dinner 300grams of chicken breast and 350grams of basmati rice . pretty basic . and only two giant meals throughout the whole day
300gr carbs
195gr proteins
62gr of fat

Watch out for the 0 cal sauces. Companies can label it 0 cal if its >5 cal per serving and they make the serving sizes very small, so you might be getting around 10 cals when it says 0

I’ve been trying too hard to get sophisticated with my meals by making it too healthy and what not but the basics work. Keeping it simple with chicken rice and hot sauce, or Turkey rice and hot sauce does a much better job. Don’t overcomplicate it and the basics work very well.

Tofu should be just fine I would think as long as you hit your macros. Ideally micros too but if you have a hard time getting calories just do the best you can trying to hit your macros

The spicy foods thing may or may not be legit. but I am a sauce boss and typically hot sauces are low or 0 cals. I put that shit on everything. Some sauces can kill your cal defecits and people dont realize it
