❤great video a per usual. Me & a friend had a paddle & camp last weekend. The hot tent makes it so much more comfortable, nice cosy warmth from the fire, cooking plate. Drys gear out. Perfect for paddlers. Happy paddling 🛶
@@3_Minutes_With_a_Maine_Guide Definitely, I’ve found a small rechargeable usb clip on fan. ( Amazon) Clipped to the tent pole. Pushes the heat backdown. Making a more even heat. Also a must a carbon monoxide detector for peace of mind too. Looking forward to you making your great paddling related video. Happy paddling & camping
Just to balance it out, I like the short clips 3 minutes is great. Hot tent on a cold spring trip is nice. Is this a fresh video? No snow on the ground? Has to be an early winter/late fall recording by the looks of the leaves on the trees.
@@3_Minutes_With_a_Maine_Guide Extended forecast shows winter is over. I'm about to undue the plow rigging on my truck to get it ready for summer. Crazy winter.
Wish you would make longer video. Really enjoy. I have a Top Ender tent. Same design but has snow flap. It works well for early season trout fishing on remote ponds. Fold up old homemade stove inside. Toasty. Thanks for sharing. Always a pleasure.
Nice mods Lisa Just incase anyone wants to know, those “little clips they use for car keys” 😊 are called S-Biners made by Nite-Ize. They are available online and at most home improvement and hardware stores. I’ve found 1001 uses for them.
Thanks for the info! Yes, very good Alan I often wish I had someone to translate *Lisanese. Hey just so you know Kobalt has on sale a 1/2 barrel caddy for $6. I might do an episode on Hardware store canoe gear. I really appreciate all the comments because something new always spins off of it.
I was looking at that exact tent on Amazon this morning. I have a canvas Atuk Alaskan. It's great but not as quick to set up as what you have. (Which is why I was checking out new pyramid tents.) Looking forward to the new series. Thanks for the video.
Very cool! I thought about canvas but then realized I really don’t Winter camp or desire to. That’s for tremendous individuals, not me. But the Spring and Fall the canoeing is great, the crowds are gone the trout are hungry and I wanted to enjoy it and have a place I could truly warm up, dry out and recharge. Thanks for watching.
Wish it was 10 minute's with a maine guide!
I’m a Guide not a filmmaker…sometimes it takes me over an hour to film 3 minutes. 🤭
Ha,ha got ya! I really enjoy your videos@@3_Minutes_With_a_Maine_Guide

Yes, it is nice. Especially the drying out part.

Filmed in Fall November 2023 but honestly my point by the river right now has no snow on it. Thanks for watching.
