Good morning I just came across your program on youtube. Thank you so much for sharing this with us. God bless you and have a great day. From saint louis missouri sending love.
Hello. Greetings from Bangalore, India. Thank you for this useful video. Some I already follow. I didn’t know about using it to lighten the dark patches on knees and elbows. I regularly bathe my feet in warm water with some baking soda added. I have calluses on the toes and this helps soften them. After watching your video I will add some lemon too. I also use baking soda with little vinegar to clean the taps and sinks. Also same combination to clean ceramic tiles. Making a paste of a little baking soda with little water and applying on canker ulcers on or around the lips will make them go away very fast. For mouth ulcers we can make a solution of baking soda in water and gargle. Baking soda is my go to assistant for many like this. Thanks again.
To unplug a plugged drain: put 1/2 cup of baking soda down your drain (plus close off the other sink drain if its your double kitchen sink. Then add 1 cup of vinegar, white is usual, but you can use apple cider vigear. Then add hot water. It will immediately foam upward and downwards! Let it do its work, so wait about 15 min before you rinse the sink out. Only once have I had to do it twice to get the clog to release, all other times, just once and done!
Good tips but, a tip for you... Don't use Arm and Hammer as is contains aluminum (very toxic). There are more healthy and natural brands out there...hunt for and use them.
I use 1/2 a cup in my laundry to freshen up my clothes. It removes odors and helps to clean stains. I use it to cleans stain off my cookware and also to clean sinks.
To remove brown spots from your skin...mix baking soda with a thick food grade oil like castor oil or mineral oil. I think you could use olive oil, too. Make a paste. Apply to spot and cover with a band-aid. If spot persists repeat process.

Vinegar, lemon juice etc are acidic , whereas baking soda is a base (alkaline). They neutralize each other. Or the predominant gets reduced in its acidity or alkalinity . Unless you don’t want to neutralize one substance with another, which may be the case in some other operations, only use one thing at a time. Otherwise it’s like driving a car by stepping onto the brake and the accelerator simultaneously.
Ask yourself if foaming up necessarily is an indication of a cleaning process/reaction. For example: The usual drain cleaners one uses against clogged drains are strongly alkaline/caustic. They dissolve the dirt all by themselves. - No recommendations in the instructions to use acids (like vinegar) in combination with it It’s not the foam that makes it. Foam just gives it a dramatic appearance. It’s a chemical reaction of mutual Neutralisation. The acid is not supporting the soda. It’s counterproductive in this case. Maybe you were just lucky that you had applied a larger amount of soda and had let it do its job sufficiently before you added the vinegar. ....And then you draw the wrong conclusion that vinegar is a pivotal component of it all. Try it without the vinegar the next time, and the result will be as good or even better.

USA. I know a few baking soda hacks. I use it in laundry, to brush my teeth, absorbing odor. It's great for cleaning carpets and rugs. Sprinkle on, let set for a few minutes, vacuum off.
AMAZING, detox bath is 1 cup baking soda, 1 cup Epsom salt and 1/2 cup borax. If you don't have borax you can use pink Himalayan salt instead. Dissolve all is these in the hottest water you can stand. If you want to add essential oils just make sure you add them right before you get into the bathtub. After about 15~20 minutes you can use a dry brush, your fingernails or a washcloth and start to go back and forth on skin. You'll be able to feel all layers of dead skin coming off when you do this! At that time your bath water may start to turn a different color 😳 which is from all the months/years of dead skin build up! The colors can range from light brown, green, or pastry white, it just depends on what you might have in your body that's bad. If you can, try to stay in the bath for at least 45 minutes or until your bath water starts to get lukewarm. Make sure you drink some water/tea while your in the bath since you will sweat from this detox. When your done, SLOWLY stand up & rinse off your body with lukewarm water. DON'T use any kind of soap or body wash while showering! If you have a sheet to wrap up in that will be perfect otherwise just use a towel & pat dry for skin. You'll be surprised at how much lighter & better you actually feel! Your skin will be glowing, so soft and so hydrated! Now, when you put on lotion or oils they'll actually sink in now since all of the dead skin is gone! If you can do this at least once or twice a month❤

Greetings from Canada. Thank you for this video..... It's very interesting and helpful..... I wanted to tell you.... and the viewers, that I've discovered baking soda to be very helpful as a healing substance on my SKIN. On three occasions I discovered some red blotches on my tummy, and other similar irritations on my skin, that gave me an itch, and an overall unpleasant sensation. I had this bright idea to mix a tsp or so of baking soda with a little water to make a paste, and I applied it to the affected area. The itching stopped almost immediately, and some hours later, when I looked at the affected skin, there was NO TRACE OF IRRITATION of any kind... On one occasion, the irritation look ominous, as it was raised and seemed a blister was forming..... all for no reason. I thought it might be some viral affliction. I treated the area with this paste of baking soda and water, and all promptly returned to NORMAL. Oh, one more thing came to mind. There is a book written by an Italian doctor, whose name is TULIO SIMONCINI, an oncologist. He discovered that CAN-CER can be cleared - (i.e. eliminated ) from the body, using baking soda. As anticipated, the me di cal est ablish ment was not pleased about that.... as you can imagine.... because c a n c e r is a big b i g business.... so... what do you know.... the poor wonderful man was arrested and spent time in prison..... If you are interested, you can look him up.... I learned about this some years ago, and do not have the latest update on him.... Please research and get his book(s) if you are interested. I am not a doctor... Sending Peace, Love and many Blessings to Jennifer and all the people that visit her page.

Can't wait to try!!!

Greetings from Texas USA. Very interesting video. Other ways that it can be used for..... as a deodorant for your underarms or any other personal areas or creases in the skin especially if you're a sweater; it absorbs the sweat. Also, there is a book on 100 uses of baking soda and as well as another book 100 uses of vinegar, which I have both, and they are extremely useful. They have been used for centuries way before modern products today. 🙂

Baking soda and a little water under your eyes to remove puffiness.**🧖
Thanks Kathy, I’m going to try that one. 😉
@@wendyhannan2454 Puffiness under the eye oftentimes is caused by consuming common table salt, it makes you retain fluid. You would need healthy salt with its original minerals.
🇿🇲🇿🇲🇿🇲
Are you sure. Can you elaborate please. Is this done in the morning or at any time? How long do you leave it on the puffiness of the eyes?
Thank you! I’d also like to know for how long?
Oh thankyou muchly for this video, i am doing this tonight,, i no biacarb soda and lemon juice is good for cleaning brass, and it works relly good 👍
You can also add it to the litter box for smells. It's harmless to kitty's body when they come into contact with it as opposed to scented additives that can harm their bodies when they clean and groom themselves.😻
Great tips....thanks from India 🇮🇳
Putting baking soda in the kitchen sink disposal got rid of the stink there also.
I like your shows.
