I bought this as a 2nd angle camera for bowhunting. Gets mid-40 and below temps the thing won't even turn on, which is very disappointing. In mild temps, however, all functions work well for me. Have not attempted phone operation.
I bought this camera for my daughter and it wont even turn on. We even bought batteries and fully charged them and it still wont turn on, piece of junk
i just bought it and now it shows "Media Storage" when capturing a photo or video. What should I do now? We tried to change the SD card, but the cam has the SD card icon on it, that means it is reading the SD card. We tried to format the camera as well as the SD card with it, with no avail... Anyone could help me????
Do not buy this camera. I just bought the 4K version and it is HORRIBLE. The 1080p was not even nowhere near it. There is not auto focus. Check out my review on my channel and my new upload of it vs my phones camera!

Cesario Padilla you can use either the charging cradle that comes with the camcorder to charge the battery separate from the camcorder, or the supplied USB cable which you would use to connect the camcorder to a PC or MAC can also be connected to a USB charging port to charge the battery while it's in the camcorder.
how do you know when it's fully charged? I bought this camera and have it plugged in, it said it was fully charged the battery was at 3 bars and all green and less then 5 mins later it was at 2 bars and yellow :s
Thanks for reply i am use FHD 1920*1080 (30fps) HD but not seen any word ( my sony mobile is 8MP but the image quality is 2000% clear ) in the video i am reading any book word by word very clearly in my mobile camera but my Andoer HDV-Z20 1080P Full HD 24MP is very unclear image PLEASE TEST YOUR CAMERA IS READING ANY BOOK WORD IT IS VIEW CLEAR?... I AM VERY UNHAPPY THIS CAMERA .....
sry to bring u inconvenience, this product r not doing so well in dark nd cant take clear photo for short range as it is prime lens. maybe u can move to somewhere brighter. Thx for ur support, any other questions plz feel free to contact us

Probably a battery that is failing./ Needs to be fully discharged and charges again in some cases to maintain full capacity.
