For your hats have you swap the needles to 80/12 Titanium sharp works wonders. For your 75/11 needles dampen your hats by putting water in your hand rub across stitch area will stop the bouncing. Also lower your presser foot to 1.2mm. Great Work and Great Video!!!

Just found your channel recently and have really learned a lot even tho you just started on your embroidery journey! I like how you have your embroidery room set up-very efficient and bright! I have yet to try a hat on my 6 needle because I don't have a hat hoop yet. Which needle should we start with for hats? Keep up the great work! You are doing awesome!
Hey thanks, it’s definitely been a crazy ride so far but super fun. I use 75-11 sharp for pretty much everything except for like Polos. I use 75-11 ballpoint for those. Thanks for sharing and the kind words Peace

In my case it’s always user error lol. I hope is well buddy, Did you get any snow? We got over 14 inches a few days. I hope it was the last one.
