I noticed that since the ( Qataris and Turks ) economic invasion of Rwanda, the price is on the roof in every sector, especially food and properties. I as a Rwandan, I can build and own that type of luxurious apartment for $95,000.

If there are fools out there willing to pay these silly prices then this property is well priced. Its a long way from rocket science, take a look at the credit ratings for Rwanda. With all due respect, this is not a property in central London, central Paris, central New York. It is a very beautiful apartment but remember the three main tenets of property valuations. 1=Location. 2=Location. 3=Location. Only someone who has recently had a lobotomy would consider this to be a sound economic investment.
I don't want to be dis-respectful to Joselyne who has done a wonderful job on presenting this exceptional property. However, I diss-agree with the view that this is a good investment at 424K USD. Its not in my opinion.
However, if someone decides to dish out this kind of money for it then its worth it.

This is not a 400k dollars apartment. This more of 80k apartment. You can get a bigger and better house in Kigali for 200k.
