Hot And Spicy Noodles | Instant Schezwan Hakka Noodles Without Schezwan Sauce | Sharmilazkitchen

Schezwan noodles is one of the popular dishes. The making of the noodles is very easy though.
Sometimes we want to eat the noodles in no time. But as your schezwan sauce runs out of stock, you are not able to enjoy your favorite noodles.
So in this recipe, you are gonna see me making hot Schezwan Hakka Noodles instantly without Schezwan Sauce. All we need some basic sauce and spices.

200 gm noodles
Salt 2 tbsp
water 2 litre
oil 1 tbsp

garlic 3 tbsp
Dry red chili 3,
red chili powder 1/2 tbsp
hot tomato ketch up 2-3 tbsp
carrot 1/2 cup
cabbage 1 cup
capsicum 1/2 cup
green chili sauce 2 tbsp
Salt to taste
Spring onion greens 2 tbsp
Oil 2 tbsp
