    I think the ketchup is actually a good substitute for chili paste or the like. Nice.
    Oh, and that background music really turns up the excitement of making fried rice. Makes you wanna do some ecstasy! Although, I've never been hungry after indulging in such substances. Maybe tone it down to something mellow come to think of it. Maybe some classical or baroque tunes, or heck, maybe even some stuff from the Beatles Anthology 3 or the White Album. Even some Modest Mouse would do. This rave/dance stuff is actually an appetite killer now that I think about it.
