If you take it for what it is then it's a good movie but when you watch it knowing the originally planned plot or had time to think about what a movie called MoM could be due to the endless possibilities it can be kinda disappointing

I say keep her involved and let the mutants be around for the end of multiverse and beginning of the mutant saga, and then in the middle Wanda goes nuts and they do house of m, find a way to reverse it, and then end the mutant saga with apocalypse or onslaught. That's my general idea for the next decade, I just hope to God they don't do dark Phoenix again!!! Hahaha!
@@benmaguire1729Dark Phoenix is possibly the most famous and beloved story in the comics. It’s a fantastic story, but each time Fox did it, they did a terrible job. It’s not a one-movie story. It’s almost a phase unto itself.
But House of M and Dark Phoenix would be unwise to do together, I believe, since certain plot points are so similar. Like “super-powered woman has complete mental breakdown and psychotic break and tries to rewrite/destroy all of reality.”
Both are great stories. Love to them adapted. Just not sure how.

And sorry if I implied I didn't like dark Phoenix, it's an amazing story and I love it! I just don't want to see it again anytime soon after fox mutilated it twice

M.O.M. was just screwed over by Covid. I really enjoyed what they were able to do considering the circumstances. Dr. Strange 3 will be fantastic!
It was a bad movie, and screwed up Wanda’s character. Even the writers admitted they never watched Wandavision, and Olsen was apparently frustrated that they ruined her character development.
But technically, it never did. For the entire duration of the movie except the very last, Wanda was under the Darkhold's corruption and wasn't herself. Yes it was showed poorly in the movie but it is true nonetheless. So it didn't really undo her arc, it sort of added difficulties and challenges for her future story instead. @@arc7375

It's been confirmed a long time ago that VisionQuest is the next WandaVision spin-off and actually the third part of the trilogy. Also that it has another Teen (obviously Tommy)

IMO, Disney+ should be for (2) things. Special Presentations (half the time of a movie) and a series in which characters don't show up in movies.
It's too much to expect people to watch every series in order to know what's happening on the big screen. So the less consequential characters get a series and Special Presentations are used to introduce a character (and their backstory) so u don't have to waste 10min doing so in a feature film.....🤔
Just ask my friend getting him to catch up was tough especially if he likes watching stuff at a snails pace sometimes.
I’d love the idea of it being eventually revealed that the only reason Wanda and Pietro survived the experiments with the infinity stone was because they were mutants all along, and able to withstand its power, unlike the human test subjects before.
And I’d love it if Wanda brings in the mutants with a twist on her classic line. When revealed as a mutant, and how they should be wiped out for the danger they pose, she should reply;
“No. _More_ mutants.”
And she activates all the dormant X-genes in humans.
This was already rumored to be why they did
@@alvisbarber1198I think at this point in time, Wanda and Pietro were retconned in the comics to not be mutants, and that it was tied into Fox owning the mutant rights, or whatever it was.
So it’d be nice to have MCU Wanda and Pietro definitively confirmed as mutants again.
@@arc7375 close, they were retconned into not being Magnetos children but still confirmed mutants. Wandavision also eluded to this as well.
I mean if u see Wandacision Agatha basically says Wanda had powers before the stone and that it just enhanced them. Not to mention that when the stark bomb landed in their house it didn’t go off after she reached for it

I think Agatha All Along is headed in a huge direction. I believe at the end of the show we'll get the twist that the kid is Billy and the other lady is Lady Death or Mistress Death. But I believe the biggest twist will be that Mephisto will be behind Agatha getting her powers back to return the Darkhold and another twist will be that Agatha's son is Blackheart. That might be a stretch but there's a lot of references to Mephisto and the words black heart and mentions of Agatha's son throughout the show. I'm 100% sure there's a reason for that

NGl DS3:Time Runs Out comes out after Doomsday as a prequel a la Antman and the Wasp. We see Strange with Doom in Doomsday and everybody’s like why is he on his side and he says some sly shit like it was the only way. They follow it up with DS3 showing us how he goes from DS2 to meeting Clea and finding himself in a similar position as Doom in terms of what to do with a dying multiverse. Post credit scene is him being approached by RDJ Doom
Wanda movie can be how the House of M starts.. with all the mutants in a world Wanda made and they try to break out.. and I need Wanda to say “No More Mutants” and that set up the New Mutant Sage

I'm down for Sam Raimi to come back. I loved Dr Strange MOM especially feeling like a classic horror movie. More creepy than gory.
MCU WWH would be an excellent way to redeem SHE-HULK in a more serious storyline (and STILL let her break the "4th Wall" at a crucial moment causing other heroes to think she is crazy). #EXCELSIOR!
I always envisioned She-Hulk & Deadpool "breaking the 4th Wall" differently: She-Hulk does it from an alternate dimension perspective, while Deadpool does it from a time-freeze insanity). If they ever met, they could relate but realize their 4th Dimension ability is different, and puzzling everyone but Dr. Strange & other adept magic users.

I don’t know about you guys but I have trouble getting really enthusiastic about any Marvel / Disney productions now a days. They have been able to screw up and over all that was made before. I don’t see how this, in my eyes, deliberate destruction of our modern archetypical motivating story base will be turned around without a change of the base layers of society.
But I do keep hoping for a turn around in the near future. We’ll see.

"New mask, same task." I really hope that (for reason, TBD) Doom feels he has to conquer our world in order to save it - in order to save the multiverse. Maybe we're one of the last ones or something. His endgame is to saving the multiverse (or what's left of it) from a greater threat, i.e. the beyonders/equivalent. He'll probably just go to earth with his evil avengers and be like, 'You are all under the Rule of Doom! Bow down before his Greatest.' And then, the leftover avengers be like, 'No. eff you!' but then shit their collective pants. And Doom will fuck anyone up who gets in his way bc he knows the only way - any part of the multiverse survives, is if he's in control and making the decisions. BC Doom does not ask, He only takes what's rightfully his.
I definitely support giving Raimi a 2nd chance and let him LOOSE. Let him do his thing with little interference.

Mom was a let down. It was hyped to be a marvel horror movie. Should have called that the scarlet witch movie or the little star girl movie. Strange just wasn't a focal point of his own movie. He was more the side character.

MoM had a visual flair but that is all. It was nothing but character assassination in regards to Wanda. The original story was far better than the garbage that Feige and Waldron came up with. This was absolute stupidity. Right now I am still not sold on Wanda coming back. Who brings her into this? What does she do? Everyone would assume that she is dead and there seems to be no setup for her coming back. She won't be in Agatha and I doubt she will be in Vision Quest. By the time this is over, Billy and Agatha will have more time in the MCU than Wanda. It seems like they are auditioning Agatha and Billy to replace Wanda. I wonder if the so-called Scarlet Witch movie will fall into the same pre-production hell that Blade is in. They will always find an excuse to not do it because Marvel is a boys' club and Wanda is a female.

It feels more like they could be doing a Children’s Crusade storyline for Wanda, given that also occurred when Wanda had been missing or presumed dead after House of M. Plus the shadow of both Wanda and the Darkhold are seen pretty heavily in Agatha’s show, including how one of the songs in Lorna Wu’s album is titled a “red-haired woman”.
