simple and inspiring. So often new artists feel the need for detail. Loose drawing techniques are so valuable to keep a person mindful of imperfections, which can be interesting. Thank you, Koosje.😊😊
I love this one so much! What a beautiful piece and the fact that it's not exact to the photo makes it so whimsical and fun! Thank you for this one! Super inspirational!
Fabulous idea, Koosje! I'm travelling in a couple of months and this is a terrific way to do quick drawings. I'd never heard of uni's POSCA markers before. Will pick up one or two for my trip. That is, if they are not at risk of being confiscated by airport security! (My friend had all her oil paint tubes confiscated...)
You're a great teacher and just love your relaxed attitude toward drawing. ❤

A great way to help me overcome my FODB (Fear Of Drawing Buildings!)😂 x
Hadn't heard of that! Now you also won't have any FOMO around drawing buildings!
That was so good. Can’t wait to try. Thank you.❤
Hope you enjoy
Thank you for telling us how to get the same effect using other materials! That is so helpful!
You are so welcome!
Thanks for reminding me (again) of this quick, and loose technique, just what I needed!
Happy to help!
What a neat idea!
Try it, then it's even neater. Have fun!
Love pink. Decided that sometimes overthinking overrated. 😊. Thank you.
Sometimes? Always!
that is such a great idea blocking the shape in with a solid colour and then going on and adding some details😀
Try it! Have fun.
This seems like a great way to start a building!
Very accessible and fun!
Great tutorial, thank you 😊
You’re welcome Thanks for watching.
I love how you used pink as the background for the church. When you added the figures it gave it movement. I need to try this. Thank you.
Adding figures in your drawings brings so much life! Hey fun.
This drawing is sooo pretty😍
Thank you so much
Magic! 🙏🏻❤️
But is it really...?
@@KoosjeKoene It’s such a clever hack that it seems like magic. I tried it out and it was very effective.
@@caro1591 I’m so glad you tried it!

You don't need post markers for this. You can do it with quick watercolor shapes or Gouache paint just as well.
Good job! Love this!!
Thank you!!
Very nice ❤❤
Thanks
😍❤
Did you say gouache? I have been asking you for gouache demos and you were saying that you are no expert. Well there we are!
This is not gouache. This is Posca marker. But you could use gouache instead. Still not an expert.
@@KoosjeKoene I know but you said one could use gouache instead. Hence my delight!
This is wonderful and a big help to me for getting out of my head and simplifying 🩷 Also for remembering to have fun 😁 Thank you, Koosje! 👏
Fun is on the first place, for sure!
