That’s so smart! I found a similar frame at a thrift store and haven’t known what to do with it but couldn’t pass up the great find. It’s too big for my tv like I thought, and I can’t afford any art that big, but making it fancy craft storage? Now that sounds like the PERFECT use for it! 😊

I create a lot of mini paintings, like 3x3 inch size, and although I love them it can feel kind of overwhelming with them scattered all over the place! So just this last week I put up a bulletin board and corralled them all in there. It sort of tricks your mind into thinking it's just one thing instead of 15-20 small things! It's helped so much with the visual clutter.

I know this comment is going to get buried and probably unread. But what you have done is amazing. Functional and aesthetically pleasing. Leaving room for future updates: Painting the peg board when the inspiration hits a nice complimentary colour or hiding it by painting it the same colour as the wall. Same with the hangers, you could change the stainless steel ones with a brass/gold spray paint and bam, elevated. OR the black basket to pastel fun. OR adding framing you stain to match your built-in book shelf. It's literally the best functional space-saving solution that allows for future upgrades. The possibilities are endless! Thanks for being an inspiration and sharing you unique vibes.

It looks great. If you ever want to make it a little more fancy, I'd get some inexpensive pictures molding about 1" or 1.25" wide, cut it to fit around outer edge of the peg board, and I think painting it bronze with some flecks of gold and black and some browns (to antique it a bit), then hot glue it to the far edges of the peg board to act as a frame would just take it over the edge.

I loooved the way you filmed yourself in the mirror, it was adorable! You can buy these little plastic cross guards for your pegboard to stabilize hooks, I would suggest discreetly stabilizing the camera basket at the bottom since it contains your most precious equipment.

What a cute video. Love the neutral tone of the pegboard matching the pretty wodden shelves and showing off what you put on it.

This looks so good! I love these mini project videos so much. Makes me want to actually tackle some of the little things I need to do in my house.
