In general, only Filipino citizens and corporations or partnerships with least 60% of the shares are owned by Filipinos are entitled to own or acquire land in the Philippines. Foreigners or non-Philippine nationals may, however, purchase condominiums, buildings, and enter into a long-term land lease. Plus since you so young how are you able to afford living there.
The house is in my wife’s name. I wouldn’t marry a woman I can’t trust so it’s not an issue for me. Foreigner can easily rent here if they don’t have a wife. I’m able to afford it because I was taught to save money and work hard.
Yes work hard but being there you can't make that much money. Being in the United States you make more. Plus since you are so young you don't get SSI
