I have an Ebay problem at the moment LOL so some good advice...maybe I have missed a vid on it, but any advice on a "squealing" locomotive? I have 2 engines that have a similar issue with consistent performance in 1 direction and inconsistent performance in the other direction accompanied with a squealing sound...I am working my way through it but can't quite put my finger on it whether it is dirty contacts (wheels) or old dried up lubricants...any advice well appreciated! Maybe I will upload a vid to help you see the problem...
You've missed it... I do something to prevent squealing in every maintenance video where I have to get into the motor. Hint: armature shaft ends. Thanks for your visit and sub.

For the axles I use WD40, just a little bit with a toothpick. DO NOT turn upside down, WD40 should not tile into the electronics
