I watched that “I’m A Survivor” page. The two of you are completely different. You have a plan for your farm and are organized and offer lots of information. I’m going to be nice and just keep it that he is totally different. I really enjoy your page and the info and entertainment you provide, plus the fact that you mention the Lord in your videos! 👩🏼
It's cool you've talked with Ima Survivor, I watch both your pages and admire both very much. Like you said, they do what they do and you do what you do. Each person has a right to their opinion. Thank you for sharing your family and farm with us. Take care. 🥰🐐
These animals live better than some people, sadly. These precious animals hold a certain reverence for your family. We ALL understand that they are put here for a real purpose. Enjoy God's blessing!
I have the Premier 1 dual goat milking stand and head holder. It is amazing and well built. I love your farm. I do Nigerian dwarfs for milk but we also can't keep all the babies. It's impossible. We use any extra animals here to feed our family, and I can honestly say we eat better than when we had to purchase everything from the store. Our pets are our breeders, but we love them all until their last day here. Keep doing you. Not everyone will agree what other people do in their lives, but each person is different, and has their own views. Most are grown up enough to respect that
My uncle use to raise angus. I totally understand your ideas for your farm. It’s nice you can feed your family your way without depending on others and what might be in some of your food
Funny that you mentioned that Facebook page because a lady I watch from Canada had an animal activist go after her and use one of her videos as well. I look at it this way you have your animals for reasons and though I am a vegetarian it is not my place to tell you what you can and cannot do with your animals. If I had any animals would I process them no I would not but that is me because of my lifestyle. If you ever show anything you would process I would skip that video not because I do not love your channel because I do but it would just not be one I would watch. Keep being you because this vegetarian loves your channel and your family. God Bless you and yours.
Sandra Thomas I really wish other plant based food people were as thoughtful and sensible as you. Thank you for accepting that everyone is different. Great comment.
You’re right, everyone is different and we have to accept that and respect that. As a new homesteader, I actually appreciate butcher videos so those of us that do eat as God created, we can learn how to do things the best way possible. Luckily, most butcher videos have titles.
Daniel... I just love the way you explain exactly what the purpose of each livestock , and how your animals are raised...it’s a beautiful thing! Thank you, in sharing part of your purpose, and what works for your homestead farm family! 👏👏👏🙏🏻 📖 ♥️
Emmalee “I hope I spelled her name right” is an absolute sweetheart! I’ve ear tagged many young calves in my days. It may hurt them a tiny bit. It scares the babies more than anything. I’ve never even seen a baby animal get an infection from an ear tag. I’m sure it does happen from time to time depending on what time of year you ear tag them. Ear tags are an important part of farm life. It’s the only way to keep track of your animals. Especially if you have a lot of livestock.
Love how the kids are so involved in this whole process..you and your wife are wonderful parents and stewards of your farm..keep up the wonderful work guys
It's cool to see Jacoby able to come hang out with Houston and arms family homestead I know he always has a blast it's nice to see all the kids always helping out love watching y'all from southern Alabama
Hi to all Arms Family from Ireland. From my perspective about raising your animals for your family consumption is great idea. You know what the animal is eating and you know that the animal is super healthy. Hope that everything is going good. Emily and Houston are really great kids. Can't wait for the next video.
I love watching you and your family. Its refreshing with you guys it's nothing like everything else posted on youtube. My kids watch with me at night after school. My daughter likes watching you and Emily hunt and you and little man fishing and trapping.
Ounce again I enjoyed learning about which animals go to be. Processed and which. Ones. Stay. On the. Farm Daniel now that you explained it you make perfect science about every thing I get it you guys are the. Best sincerly yours mr.don
Rufus has really filled out. It really started to show up the last video. He sure doesn’t look like an old man. Can’t wait to see the baby donkey poodles.
Great video. I totally agree with you about Big Mac. He is there for one reason. Love Emily helping out with the goats. She is really growing up fast. Look forward to more videos. Stay safe on the Ok highways.
Daniel.....you have my deepest respect as a state trooper. I appreciate you and what you do to give some sort of controll to our cou try in the respect of law enforcement. They are being taught about Jesus and his saving grace and being taught to respect mother nature and learning how to work. God bless you brother for your videos. I hope they inspire others to see what good parenting is all about. Its loving your kids enough to teach them about life and spending quality time with them. You are a good man and a smart one!!!! It's delightful to see daddy and his daughter. It was a nice addition to get to see Emmalee (and Jakobi) in today's video. I have to say, Emmalee that you've got the right amount of spunk, sparkle, feisty and fun, to ya! You remind me so much of my daughter at your age. Your enthusiasm for things and your smile are a lot of fun to watch. Good seeing Jakobi too! He's got a pretty good smile too. Heather🇨🇦

I don’t find it offensive. Sometimes I wonder where people think they get their food from. I think it is far more humane to raise your own animals, you know what they eat, you know they are well taken care of and you give them love..what more can they ask for.
I grew up on a ranch in New Mexico and lived the lifestyle that your kids are lucky enough to live. I never did like when we butchered an animal (we did it ourselves) but I understood it. I have driven by stockyards (where the majority of our nicely packaged grocery meat comes from) and hands down prefer the life we gave, and you are giving your animals. I’ve grown soft in my old age, I was sad when you sent Crazy Eyes to the processor, I was actually rooting for her when she escaped, but I loved when you talked about not wanting her to be stressed. You are a good and compassionate man.
Thank you, Daniel. We need more men to speak out about the purpose of a meat animal and the proper care that they should have prior to the appointment.
Love your videos and love all the animals. Great to see the kids, they are cute and funny and nice to see Jacob back. I love all the an, but I have no problem when you mention that you are going to eat BigMack or some of the goats, that is part of life. Thanks for all the great videos.
I agree with you Diane, the meat you buy in the stores, you have no idea where it came from or if it may contaminated. At least their meat is whole and clean and well fed.
@@wendy833 wrong, big mac is going into freezers of daniels and other family members and friends via a local butcher. Not the commercial processing where cattle are sold at sale barns and buyers for larger beef companies have buyers at those sales buying "slaughter" animals and they are trucked directly to the processing plant (ibp and the like) and usually processed within 24-48 hours.
@@dakotawinds9291 I said Big Mac is going to be your Big Mac, meaning, he's going to make a Big Mac at home from Big Mac. I'm not one of those protesters, I agree with what he's doing.

Daniel, you have said from the first time that Big Mac came there that his only purpose was to go in the freezer. There are those out there who believe you are doing wrong by Big Mac and feeding him just to process him for the meat. He looks so much healthier than when he first came.
Enjoyed the video. Live watching you and the kids with the goats and the other animals. Yes if you live on a farm or working ranch sometimes processing some of the livestock is necessary for food. Just like going to the grocery store and buying your meat. It is life on the farm. God Bless.
Daniel now you're VIP with your new TAGS on the homestead. Emmalee is a sweetheart.I Love her face expressions and her dance move's you o girl. Houston what happen he has no knives or machete in this video. He must of gotten a good night's sleep.
Houston's magic trick had me rolling 😅😅😅😅
Stop apologizing. Other people have their beliefs, you have yours. Most of your animals are not pets. They're on your farm for a purpose. To provide for your family.
Thank you for showing us all the animals. Like the baby goat feeder.
Emily is very sweet. At 12:40 though Dad said “Nope.” 😂. Rufus = Farm Ornament
