Whilst the weight weenies still chase numbers with little regard to use case or longevity and the factory brands tout aero gains without regard for the system as a whole, often skimping on build time, the best wheel builders know and regard the selection and marriage of each component in the wheel system as paramount. Then take the time to build it properly.
