Skeptyk have you noticed the aim for the headlights are too low? I live in the suburban and can’t see!
no need to take off the bumper just one bolt under the round cover below the light if just changing the light cover, then it comes out easy.
How do I do it? And the connections how do they go?

Can you elaborate on the tapping process?, the lights in the after taillights have a set of lines underneath the housing, do I touch those?

What colors are the parking break lights?
Does 2012 SE has same light as of LE? or Hybrid models? I just want to replace only one light and want to make sure it is not different.
These are aftermarket units so if you are replacing ONE of factory units with ONE of these, yes, it will work but it will indeed be a differently styled light. Toyotas factory lamps don’t look like these.
Did you had any time the tail light went off but brake light working ? With this after Market light? I’m having the problem with it.
I did not have this problem. I would double check your wiring. I mean as long as you have power, you might have the wires crossed.
ALL LED’s are NOT created equal! You may just have a faulty LED light. Which would need to be replaced. Hopefully it was just a wiring issue.

I didn't run into any problems, it fit perfectly, but yes the wiring... as any wiring project... you just have to fit it, stretch it, and position it any way to stay clear of the main joints/entry points 👌 👍
For the wiring process, when you tapped the trunk middle part light into the tail lights to match the led bar, did u just cut the wire in half from the taillight and then taped them together so I guess my question is did u tape the three wires together after u cut the wire in half ? Lol
Yes, all i did is tape it with electrical tape. Just make sure you tie them together well so it won't get loose on you. The wires were so thin it was really easy to work with.

I am looking to upgrade my headlights and tail lights to led and something that looks cooler. You said you got yours from eBay? Some of the websites I have seen look scammy, I know ebay has good stuff. Are the sellers you got them from trustworthy? I don't want them to break after a couple months.
I got my Subaru tail lights from ebay no issues so far
So far so good, almost 5 months through snow and rain...
what tools did you use to splice into the wires? sorry I'm a noob.
Small guage wire cutter..., you can probably use a utility knife make a small cut... then you can rip it easily by pinching it with your finger... it's pretty easy

Why all the Wiring? Not just plug and play? What’s different between those and stocks?
The tailgate lights were separate connection for some reason, so made the best of it but I'm not sure why they didnt make plug and play, I just played the cards that were dealt.

Should’ve set camera down to show you removing the bumper. Besides that nice. Hate how these cars are plastic but now that I see I have to remove the bumper I don’t feel like changing the tails anymore. Lul

@@TheRealSkeptyk are these the spyder brand? I have the aftermarket headlights from Spyder but I wanted to know if these have black backgrounds instead of the clear euro see through look. I wanted the black background with smoked lenses. I don’t know if I can find exactly what I’m looking for but the ones YOURE using look like the Spyder Brand of twilights. If you can find out the brand pls let me know. Do they work good? All LED correct?

@@TheRealSkeptyk man they’re basically sold out. Everywhere I’ve checked was sold out. I wanted the smoked out ones but with the LED bars on them and all of that. Are those what you have or do you Have the clear ones? When I got my headlights from spyder, I had to get them to exchange them twice so I could get smoked with black background instead of the chrome see through ones. Thanks
