Yeah! Victory! I replaced a wiper motor ages ago on a blazer I think. But now I have to replace one on my 2015 Rav4, cuz intermittent and low don't really work. only works on high speed. And it is raining.
Fantastic video! Replacing a wiper motor sounds kind of intimidating, but your video is an excellent example of a step-by-step with good lighting, camera angles, and comprehensive explanation of each step. I even work at a Toyota Dealership 60 hours a week myself and still did this myself in about 20 minutes. Thanks a ton for giving me an excellent video to go off of!
Excellent video. Swapped my wife's windshield motor out in 20 minutes.

Wow! That's fast. I figure it'll take me an hour. Have to get all the tools together, and I need to go buy the new motor. Then put all the plastic back on the car, however many plastic clip things I break.
These videos are so perfect before my exams! At first I was watching just to remind myself some things but now... I'm kind of addicted, not gonna lie 😅

Hi. Do you sell the motor shown in this video ??
If you have to tap the motor to get it going, is it time to replace it? Can you clean it?
Ace video,thankyou😊
Super helpful. I would have spent another 500$ without your help
Why, price of a new motor, should be under $60?
@@aspenrebel 😂 the cost for oem motor is 292$
The alignment, this way, is assuming that the motor you are replacing, died in the parked position. Otherwise time the motor as described, leaving transmission arms lose until reinstalled. Adjust accordingly.
Hi, i have a 2019 rav4 LE. All my wipers and window washers are not working (front and rear). I replaced the wiper relay with a new relay. I checked the wiper fuse and it was not blown. Basically, all functions of the wipers switch does not do anything. Could this the problem? How much does it cost to replace it if indeed its the problem? Thanks!
+Chard Man70 We wouldn't be able to diagnose an issue like that here, you may want to have a local mechanic take a look at it. Thanks for checking us out! 1AAuto.com
I'm confused. That bolt turned TWICE. So is it in the right or wrong position?
Confused too. More explanation would be helpful.
Turn left or right? 2nd twist good?
Maybe I'm a dummy
Yeh bit of extra info on this part would've helped - I'm going to hunt more videos to get some clarification
What bolt?
