I have the exact same thing. Screen doesn’t come on after the car is off for a couple minutes but will come on if I unplug the power and plug it back in. Just wondering if you had to ground anything out or if you just did the plug and play because that’s all I did. Can’t be defective because I’ve tried 2 of them

Hello! You’re video is very helpful. Two questions, which USB plug for the Apple play adapter, and did ever use the USB under the arm rest? Also, my steering wheel controls don’t work yet, I need to program according to the manual. And lastly, did you have any issues getting the phone to connect? Thanks!

It works, most of the time. Steering wheel controls, no. Sometimes, when I start the car, nothing, no sound even though the screen is on. Thanks for getting back to me.

If there is no sound I think one of your speaker might have a short
@@khmerohio Definitely not a speaker problem, but the head unit. It's totally random. Most days it's basically fine, then for a day or two, it just doesn't produce any audio at all regardless if it's the radio, bluetooth etc... Bluetooth sometimes works, and my phone will have sound through the unit to talk, other times not. Very frustrating!
i have the larger touch screen model with the funny circle control. im wondering if this product is the same plug and play with that as the two videos you have on it are for the smaller display with 1,000,000 buttons.
Why the back, menu,navi and power bottom dont work same with the air functions
How long you have it? Sounds like the touch sensor need to recalibrate
I literally just finished installing mine and I've noticed the same thing. Poer nav menu & back button doesn't work...the AC stuff still works with the knobs but not the screen

Got the same issue. On my unit there is a very thin connector that seems to plug in on the circuit board with the door lock and flasher buttons (which work). It's plugged in, but didn't feel very solid. The wire comes off the cables plugged into the canbus.

Do you know you have a factory amplifier? Check the blue/white wire to see if it has power

Hello, question for you, I installed mine and it was working great on my 2013 Focus.
But recently it stopped booting all the way. There's an Android screen that loads or it goes to a screen where there's a speedometer and an rpm meter which both work, but none of the apps are there.
I lost my original paper manual so can't figure out if there's a way to reboot the whole thing or maybe a factory reset?
I've tried unplugging everything but that doesn't seem to reboot the whole thing.
