I have 2 class 20s but I can't get them running a same speed when consisting??

Not an easy question to answer - are they both from the same manufacturer and do they have identical decoders with identical speed settings installed? How do they run when not coupled - is one mechanism freer running than the other.......

hi..both bachman locos with bachman decoders ! but one runs faster than the other

Try resetting both decoders back to manufacturers settings - Maybe worth servicing both locos if the mechanisms are tight - If they are different production batches then the circuit boards or motors may be different - You might have to ask Bachmann as I have no dealings with their decoders.
