    Great video series …if I just wanted shore power and not solar or alternator what would I need to connect it to?

      Hi Chris, I’m so sorry we missed this comment or we would’ve responded earlier . To be honest, I’m not sure what you would connect it to. You would need some kind of charging unit that would take the incoming shore power and converted to something they can charge the batteries. You would also want that device to have the intelligence to see the incoming shore power and feed it directly to the AC outlets and other AC components in the van. Many of the inverters do that by default, they’re sort of inverter/chargers. I would suggest you run wires for solar and alternator charging even if you don’t use them. Later, after the walls are up, it will be a bear to run such heavy wires…should you decide to use those charging sources
