First of all, Scandinavian swimmers mentioned🚨🚨. Second of all, yes I'm superstitious but I'm actually way more chill than I used to be (if you can believe that). Third of all, I've actually really been thinking about the answer to the question, "What has track done for me?" and I feel like I don't have as good of an answer as you guys. In high school, I think that basketball took up more of my time and was a larger part of my identity than track, and cross country was probably my favorite because I loved my teammates so much (interestingly enough, most of them did not also run track). But at the end of the day, track has always been special to me and I've always felt just a little bit different about the opportunity to compete against yourself, as opposed to strictly against other teams. I am so grateful that college track brought me together with some of my favorite people ever and continues to teach me lessons about myself and allow me to push the boundaries and see what I am capable of. I feel like words can't express how much I love it, and it's super cool to have a team that I really believe shares that love. Hopefully some of our other teammates answer too!
Track helped me set a goal for my future and put me around better people like connor and Ms Pm that help me get better and always motivate me to be better at everything I do. LA28

Track helped me find some of my best friends and in my senior year helped me get my competitive spark back after injury
