For my personal training. Is it better to hit the split time and lengthen the rest time between intervals? Or is it better to stay strict to the rest time even if it sacrifices hit the desired pace. Ideally I could do the workout as prescribed but I'm not there
I was sitting here drinking G1M sport in a liter of water to prepare for a long run and saw a new video came out. Hell yeah! Anything less than 10 miles today and I will consider myself a failure.
It’s very hard to follow him and support anymore. It’s not normal to run 10+ miles everyday at almost sub 7 minute paces and do hyrox workouts and then do it again and again. Normal people would need much more recovery. The content isn’t realistic anymore.
The supplements he takes are very high quality. Plus with a clean diet it should be possible. Not for a normal human tho, who can buy the g1m sport? 50$ only 25 servings. 0 value
