- This is the main guitar Kurt Cobain to record most of Nevermind. Used on Lithium, Drain You, Come As You Are, and all over the place. Nothing really sounds quite like a Mosrite, their tone is extremely unique.

I have the hallmark gospel prototype built by Bob Shade. He currently owns the trademark for the gospel brand of those style guitars. It’s definitely very unique. He learned how to build these style guitars from the guys who originally started mosrite guitars. Bob told me someone placed an order for a gospel but the only one he had left was the prototype so instead of making the customer wait for one to be built he sent the prototype out. At some point later the guy put it up in reverb and I ended up buying it. Congrats on finding the 66 one I’m sure that wasn’t easy to come by.

(Most likely spelled it wrong) But that song was recorded with the Same Mosrite model. Both the 17 year old guitarist used a Mosrite and the Bassist had a Mosrite Bass as well on that Song/Album...

Harley Benton just released a new digital Sim pedal called the DNAfx Git Core for under 100 bucks. They say you can download AR packs to it. i was unaware kurt used a real mosrite...i knew he played univox guitars which were mosrite clones...also...nice...ghost riders in the sky is a great tune....love surf style tunes...if im not playing punk i play surf...thinking of buying a jaguar...cant afford a vintage mosrite

I'm experiencing raw emotions, I don't understand. It's so cool, such a cool guitar, a very unique sound. On the other hand, I'm a little worried that it was used in songs that I thought used to have a different guitar, and I'm worried that how can I get it?
