Two of the most humble men I’ve ever met! My grandfather was the first man to ever retire from Labrada Nutrition, and during his last year Lee let me come work out with him, all the way back in 2011. I still carry his words with me everyday from that workout. TEAM LABRADA FOREVER!!!

Great stuff! Saving this one in the Leg Day Motivation folder, to watch again and again. Hunter's masterful physique goes without saying. But my God, Lee still looks freakin fantastic! And Hunter has a gift for explaining refined technique so well. Big fan.

That's an interesting approach to a leg workout. Did they perform leg curl twice? Also, what would be an alternative to hip press?
Yes they did! The second round was a brutal finisher!
Notice not a lot of unilateral work. Is the to keep everything symmetrical? When I do bilateral work I find my dominant leg does most of the work.
I think it really depends on the bodybuilder and their specific body mechanics . I personally never had that issue with legs but had it with my shoulders for many years . Everyone is different and you have to adapt and find a training style that works best for you.
This is something I am looking forward to. Working out with my children, if they want to.

Guys serious question, I'm 15 years old turning 16 in 2 months, I recently entered the gym for the first time in my life 3 weeks ago, and out of curiosity I wanted to see my max in leg press, and it was 270kg for 3 sets of 15, is it any good?
Congrats on getting into lifting! We have a fair amount of beginner workouts you can take a look at to get going on a structured training plan. I'd focus on consistency and ensuring you are getting enough protein in your diet before anything else right now!

Doing that hip press machine one leg at a time looks scary. Like if your foot slips or you go to heavy, it will crash into your other knee
Ouch! Yeah that would suck! I feel like Hunter is so experienced with training that he chooses movements and weight that he is familiar with controlling but I see your point.
