Renovated a CB92 back in the late 60’s, bought from Chisholm Bros Maidstone, fabulous bike, ahead of it’s time and brilliantly styled and engineered; Honda should release a few 100 celebratory versions with 21st Century technology etc.👍👍👍
What a revelation these CB92 Hondas were in their day, they weren't cheap but riders were pleased to pay what they cost because they were light years ahead of what European makers were offering.
John Kasting and I would go outside the gate in Yokosuka and rent the brand new Benly Super Sport. Papa-san had two of them. My license was only good for 50cc, but the 125cc CB-92s were fun, to say the least. The cost was 500 yen per hour--a buck and a half. But I was from my 30 cents lunch money to rent one.
Poorly edited video, could have been done so much better. Also this bike is a bit of a smokey joe, you would think Honda would have a better example in their museum.
Just be glad they are putting out videos like this for people to enjoy. As far as the smoke, the bike spends more time sitting in the museum. It is probably suffering from sticking piston rings that would clear up after a few hard runs. This looks to be a terrific example.

A real classic Honda, small capacity but big on teck and performance, a land mark machine.

I'll bet that fellow enjoys his job immensely.
This was my first Honda and l thought it was a fantastic little bike, thoroughly enjoyed riding it.
My first bike to 🙏
One of the best Honda's mass production bikes ever made.
The pinnacle of the 125cc 4-stroke right here. Amazing to think - you could actually buy one like this in the early 60's .. :-)
Gorgeous bike.
やっぱりCB系は良いですね!
Hermosa moto mitica y legendaria. La moto que hizo a honda junto a la honda 50 c100

Have any idea how many Honda Benly C- series motocycles remained running on road or registered in USA?
What is the differences between Benly C- and CB- series?
